I bought a Kawai es 920. The piano came super fast. It's a wonderful piano with great sounds, really good built in speakers and awesome hammer action. It was the lowest price I could find it for. I couldn't ask for any more. Very happy.

The extra voices may sound plain at first butthe Registration Preset ability is where this unit comes alive.Combine Strings, choirs, organs , and basses in layers and splits.Use the Effects , Amps , and reverb and you can make great sounding combinations.Even program different touch response and brightness piano settings in registrationsAlso you can turn off Amp or effects quickly while performing. GPF-03 pedal worksgreat at controlling the Rotary effect. I have 20 presets ready to go for worship or home use that sound great! I love this piano! Made the right choice!

I bought this high quality instrument because of its beautiful piano platform to play at home. The keyboard action is smooth and consistant with adjustable touch features. I'm not as fond of the string/choir tones but like the others. Also I have to jump a couple of hoops just to connect straight to my computer. But aparently midi will connect directly which I havent checked out yet.
This keyboard is exactly what I was looking for. I dont need thousands of sounds, or even a lot of control or features. I was looking for a excellent piano,, sound and excellent action, and this keyboard has both. I also love the fact that it has speakers. Ive been asked to play gigs for smaller places, and this would work right out of the box. Its a perfect fit for me.

The grand piano samples, keyboard action and speaker quality are good enough to convince me that I am playing a real piano. That alone would make this a great value product. But add in all the other features then it seems like unbeatable value.I am having immense fun with this keyboard. Piano practice has never been so enjoyable. I can see this keyboard meeting my future piano needs for many years without needing to ever upgrade.The additional keyboard stand and pedal bar unit makes the keyboard feel rock solid as well as enhancing its appearance.

I just had the opportunity to spend some time playing a ES920 , having owned a ES8 since April 2016 .At 73 years of age and having played the piano since 1955 , I am well qualified in my judgement of thesetwo Kawai instruments . They play about the same , except for the increased speaker power of the 920 .My only concern is the thin plastic construction of the ES920 , compared to the heavier and more robustmetal construction of the ES8 .... I guess time will tell ! . I simply love my ES8 and still believe it is thevery best when it comes to portable pianos .
