The air conditioner is perfect however the Good Guys need running out of town. I gave them my phone number out of good faith and these criminals spam me with text messages. There is no options to send "STOP" and there is no number to block. This is the last time I will ever buy anything from the Good Guys

I really like these units. I bought one for use in my music room and it performed so well I bought another for my daughters bedroom. The remote control is a really nice feature, and Ive just learned that you can also turn the LED display off with the remote - which is really handy because sometimes that LED can seem quite bright. Works very well at both cooling and heating. My music room is 6m x 3m and the Kelvinator keeps it cool in summer and warm in winter!
I bought this one because it was a Kelvinator and it was the same dimensions as an old unit that had expired. I installed it with my brother as it is bulky and it went in to the cavity easilly and was running in no time at all. The remote works really well, I set the temperature and the thermostat turns the unit on and off. It's not whisper quiet but I don't need to adjust the volume on the TV when it's running.
Very quiet little unit that was easy to install and cools/heats beautifully. Hard to beat for the function and price. We bought kelvinator as they are very long lasting.
I bought this to install for a customer as it said it provided heat being reversed cycle. Unfortunately it doesnt meet their heating requirements. Works well for cooling.
Great unit overall, trusted brand. I wanted something to keep the bedroom cool during the hot Australian summer, and this is perfect for that. It’s easy to use once installed, and cleaning of the filter is simple. Being reverse cycle it has the added bonus of providing warmth in winter. As it simply plugs into a power point, I installed it myself and although not particularly difficult, it is heavy and cumbersome to unpackage and lift into place, etc. My only complaint would be that I would suggest that the manufacturer could provide some clearer and more detailed instructions, particularly in regards to the installation process.
