Purchased for sons room on back of the house which is very hot in summer and freezing in winter. The air conditioning works better than expected. Instantly cools the room. One happy teenager! Hoping heater works just as well for the cold months

Really happy with this purchase, it cools the place down quickly and seems to put out more air than the split system we had in our old place. My son bought one for his rental last summer and has been really happy with it so when it was time to buy one I went for the same. It was easy to install, astoundingly fast delivery, local store was out of stock so purchased on line and it was at the front door 4 days later. Recommended.

It works well. It requires no licensed tradesmen to install it. It is "Plug and Play". No long delays waiting for a licensed tradesman to install it and no installation costs.

Fantastic little machine. Initially hard to find someone to install this but a glazier did an amazing job installing and cutting glass to fit next to it.The machine is quiet, and heats my one bedroom very well. This machine is more reliable than a split system. I highly recommend this product!
This airconditioner both cools and heats our 10m2 bedroom very quickly. It's a little noisy as window/wall unit usually are but not unbearable. We're still able to get to sleep with it running. Good value for money. I'll be buying another for our other bedroom.
This is a good little system that cools the room down very quick. It is quiet. Build quality is good. We have not tried the heat yet, so we can't comment on that. Installation was easy. Being able to turn the lights off the front panel is great. Sorry I can't comment on power usage, but it doesn't seem to need to work as hard to cool down the room as our last one of the same size.
Found this to be a fantastic ac unit love brand and it’s a new model of one we had previously lasted ages!! Remote control perfect in my hand barely makes a sound pumps out that delicious cool air to make the start of summer so much more bearable esp those yucky nights were bedsheets stick to your body
This was purchased to replace a previous model, it is as stated in the description. The installation instructions are unclear about needing to remove the overflow plug the the company was also unable to help saying I would need an installer to answer any questions. So didn't. The purchase of the product was simple, and had stock immediately available so it could be installed straight away.
We replaced a very small, old air conditioner with this one and the features are so much better. We weren't able to regulate the temperature before which we can do now. It is also big enough to flow into the other bedrooms and cool them down considerably because they aren't air conditioned.
This model works perfectly for its size and price range. Cooling is excellent for a bedroom/medium sized room. Everything working as advertised. Have installed it securely in a newly built for purpose window frame and sealed correctly to ensure proper complete functioning. Would highly recommend over any other types of cooling systems under this price range. Reverse Cycle is worth paying the extra for in the long term for all year around comfort.
