Very pleased with this mixer. Strong motorand scale and warming features save time and effort in the kitchen. If you have the cash, add some of the accessories. I did, and find they work very well and have enabled me to regift some of my other appliances. So - also a safe saver. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I can’t get a colander/sieve accessory - any chance of developing one, Kenwood?

As a professional cake maker running a business this was far too long to wait I decided to collect the machine and contact kenwood to see what more could be done. I have provided video evidence of the machine and the apparent “gremlin” inside showing the fault and I am being told it’s perhaps user error or the machine is too full - there is less than 1.2 kilos of ingredients in there for a cake batter and the capacity as you can see your yourself stated on the website is 2 and 4 kilos depending on the bowl and 16 eggs whites there were only 9 in my batterThere has been no offer for a solution the machine is in perfect condition all correct parts being used and is not working. I have since seen many forums with the same issue being reported and I would avoid this machine at all costs. I never leave bad reviews but I am so very disappointed with my machine I have loved kenwood products for many years but this situation has me searching for a new machine
Amazing. I love it. Love the 2 sizes of bowls. Love the beaters. Only made frosting so far but cant wait to try meringue and marshamllows.
I am very happy with this mixer but wish it had hand grips at the base for when I have to move it around.
