I discussed my results and he came up with a plan for me to try next (I want to keep the brain boost, but would also like some appetite suppression benefits.) He suggested I try a lower dose (5ml) next time, while explaining why that might help. Pretty impressed by a CEO who suggests LESS product might be better for a customer. I'm so hopeful that Ketoneaid will give me the results I had gotten with large doses of MCT oil, without the 600+ extra calories of oil a day.*Update (7-14-2019): After about 3 months of daily use, I've found what works best for me for my cognitive issues. I bought a 1 ounce glass bottle with a 1ml dropper and keep it filled with Ketoneaid. I take one dropper full (holding the dose under my tongue for 30 seconds or so) every four hours starting when I wake up and taking the last dose when I go to bed (whether it's been four hours or not.) I take two droppers full (2 ml) when I'm planning to do something that might require more brain power than my usual activities. I believe my cognitive skills are back to what they were before chemo in 2017 and going under general anesthesia five times in 2018. I don't want to ever be without Ketoneaid.

I started the keto diet because one of the more pleasant side effects of Adderall is weight management. My appetite on Adderall was non-existent. After giving up Adderall, I picked up weight lifting. The new hobby came with impressive muscle gain, but also an insatiable appetite that has resulted in some fat gain, also. I started keto diet because I wanted to lose fat and following a higher carb, macro based diet for the past 6 months just wasn't working.I chose to experiment with micro-doses of ketoneaid because I needed to feel the benefits of ketosis immediately. I needed the mental focus, brain benefits, stable blood sugar, and endurance to cut carbs AND maintain my current lifestyle of 6-7 days in the gym.After 2 full days of the keto diet and ketoneaid, the results speak for themselves. So I bought KetoneAid KE4 thinking it was a gimmick, but this stuff actually worked. The first thing I noticed was the energy, but the surprising part was the mental clarity and focus I get from it. I have ADHD, and this stuff cleared my head immediately. It was like the focus I had at 20 or 25. That feeling blew me away. Now I take it before board meetings, and days when I have to be at my best or top mental performance. This Ketonaid will take you to the next level. You will feel the difference and won't be able to tell yourself that its placebo effect. The feeling is noticble and will change the way you look at Ester in general. A life changing product for female athletes going through menopause

I thought I'd try KE4 for relief from symptoms of menopause and the results have been nothing short of what feels miraculous to me. Just for context to this review, the human body has over 50 hormones that regulate sleep appetite, body temperature, metabolism, blood sugar, etc... My state of mind continues to impress me throughout the day and I am viewing this as a powerful tool for weight loss, learning, fitness and even just when you'd prefer to be in another mind-state. This is nearly a drug, having a euphoric effect along with honed senses. I am very impressed and will order more.Another thing to note is that I thought this would be very expensive as most reviewers mention having to take several doses. I think there is a high probability they are not following the directions well or taking into consideration their current metabolic state before consuming. I needed only 5ml, meaning this bottle will yield 12 doses. (I weigh 210lb). That is affordable for something that offers so much. There is hardly a supplement that could come close to this, and it is a great tool if you choose to use ketosis in a cyclical manner.Also it does indeed taste revolting.Worth it.

That is to say I can get some real lasting energy from this product during my fasting cycles. This has allowed me to continue a non-intense workout regime during these times as well. Also this prevents me from suffering from too much "brain fog" during those times. For this use the product is a success IMO.I have tried to use the product to fuel my body for period of intense exercise. This was not successful for me however. Understanding how ketones fuel the body this was not a surprise to me. Ketones (your bodies own or any others) are not the fuel for intensity.The major con of the product is clearly price. This is offset by not really needing much of the product for what I am using it for. Part of using a new, more experimental product like this for a custom use like I am doing is needing to "dial it in", but this is really true for almost everything diet/exercise related in the world as people'd bodies are vastly different.A major pro with using this product is the support that comes with it. The company owner is generous with his time and answers all my many endless questions in short order.If this product was around during times when I was a serious semi-professional athlete (many years and a lifetime ago) it would have been a literal major game-changer.

Good but...

Ok so this is one of those products your paying a premium for. Knowing this your not really caring for how something may taste so much as for the influence it exerts upon you. On that note - it does taste awful. I am a recovering alcoholic and drank a lot of things, and this beats all by a factor of 10.It does work though - really well too.I gave four stars because of the price point and the value found in ketone iq. Not sure if I should say that out loud or not - but there it is.Still - I'd recommend it IF -You have the money to spare.You can buy ketone-iq.Then mix together. Take 1 shot of ketone iq mixed with this.#magic

Ok, been 4 days since using...

...and in just 4 days time I can tell a difference in my acuity...i do think that i am sleeping deeper, as well. at least my husbands "bear beating a moose in a cave" snoring is not waking me up all night long! 😁Hubby has also said that I seem to be sleeping more deeply and restfully as he had to reach over and touch me a few times to make sure i'm still breathing! Yes, I still needed food for fuel as I am walking or running 20 miles a day average, but there wasn't big bingeing/feeding sessions after long workouts or long runs. On a couple of occasions, after 18, 25, or even 40 miles (all day) of running and snacking throughout the day, I simply didn't need to eat in the evening/night when I was done.On days when I was not working out or running, but in the workplace/office, I would take 5ml in the morning, and sip on another 5 or 10ml throughout the morning in a water bottle, and not need to eat till afternoon, and was not even hungry. When I did eat my lunch, I didn't need that much. It was like this stuff is turning off all hunger, because I was burning ketones. My focus wasn't trying to lose weight, but I did need to, my focus was training, and doing 20 miles a day. But through it all, I lost at least 15 pounds in 5-6 weeks, and 27 pounds in 10 weeks. But it was primary the exercise that caused the weight loss, it was just easier with KE4, because I could go till noon without eating, and stop eating in the evening if I'd had some of this during the day.KE4 is not touted as a weight loss supplement, but if you're having a hard time 'going keto' or jump starting the weight loss if needed, this can help.If you think this is expensive, sure it is. But for the same price one would spend on a gym membership and food, you save by 1) not eating as much food, and 2) losing weight without going to the gym, just having a healthy holistic lifestyle, walking a lot, and exercising where possible. I could make 1 bottle last a week, I didn't necessarily take it everyday, but when I was doing high mileage days, or when needed to get through the morning with no food. Hope this can help someone.
