I have started the greens at half dose as I tend to have a sensitive tummy. Planning to increase in a few days .The hair and metabolism is really amazing. My hairdresser noted ‘lots of new baby hairs’!! Recently turned 41 and have noticed a lot of thinning in the last year so that’s a big plus.

As severe IBS sufferer….THANK YOU for creating the hair/metabolism capsules! I’ve only been taking it for one week and my gut is feeling amazing! I’m no longer bloated, I have SO much more energy and without getting too personal, my bathroom habits are so much better. I feel SO much lighter!I know it will take a bit longer to see results with my hair, but I can honestly say I’m already noticing less fallout after one week.What an amazing product! I cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve always had thin hair and after one month, have noticed quite the positive difference! My brother is a hairdresser and says he can also see the change. It feels thick and healthy. I’m a careful eater but have relaxed on holiday and my weight has not changed. I’m super happy with the product and have recommended to so many. I call it my magic pill.

I had a major head trauma accident in June, and subsequently significant hair loss from the trauma itself. After consuming this product regularly for a few months, I had noticed definite improvement with my hair. It seems to be growing quicker and thickening up as well. My nails are also growing faster and my skin looks great for my age as well.

I have nearly finished my second bottle of Hair and Metabolism and wow this product really works. I have always had thin hair and have tape extensions to thicken my hair up especially around the sides.
