Perhaps one of the best Magnesium products I’ve tried so far , the quality is excellent , the pill size compared to others ( which some were practically choking hazards ) is very good. The packaging was also excellent , Ive been using this to get a better nights sleep along with Apigenin and to also relieve some of my chronic back pain and it has really helped me the last few months. Would recommend!

No weird smell. The size of the pills is ok to swallow. No side effects, no constipation. I think I have a lot more energy than I did before and my periods got lighter.
I bought this magnesium to help with my sleep. I've been drinking for the second week. Sleep became deeper. And the nerves are calmer.

There are only 100 mg. per capsule in this product. It's very hard to find Magnesium Bisglycinate in chelate form, in capsules, in the 200 mg. amount per capsule. IHerb has another product called "California Gold Nutrition, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Albion TRAACS." It also states that one capsule only contains 100 mg. of the Magnesium. I suggest that IHerb carry the Magnesium Bisglycinate, in chelated form, with 200 mg. per capsule.
Started taking a few days after dinner. It has helped my sleep. I can sleep without sleeping pills! Capsules sizeeasy to swallow. Good quality. Safe ingredients.
I have tried Magnesium Chloride, magnesium chelated & Magnesium CitraMate , And none of them has help me relax like Buffered Magnesium Bisglycinate. I have hypothyroid & I usually feel anxiety, this supplement has help me relax & stay calm. Its amazing! I can tell the difference when I take it or not. Also no stomach problems which is awesome!! I also take it with Theanine 200 mg which induces relaxation without causing drowsiness. So if you have hypothyroid & anxiety, Give it a shot!
have used for awhile. one reason is to get my blood pressure down when it spiked , which using magnesium and B complex does get high blood pressure under control , which most blood pressure medicine depletes these nutrients. do you see the big picture. I did not have high blood pressure but was injured from people who were shedding the covid death shot, as i work in the medical field and never got the covid death shot, but people shed those toxic spike protiens, heavy metals , and other toxins from that damaging nasty depopulation covid shot.
