Okay so the shampoo is fine when it comes to cleaning. It doesn't make ur hair super dry but it's also not hydrating. However the full line I bought (shampoo, conditioner, and leave in) caused my hair to snap right off. Too much protein. But I don't have healthy hair at all, it's been severely bleach damaged and porous. So the only way I can think someone can use the whole line is if they have noodle bleached hair. Theres so many other brands that has this kind of product please go try there's first

I have long hair and I will be the first to admit I do not get it trimmed enough! The ends can look feathery and split, so anything which can revive them and give a more polished look (without getting the straighteners out!) is a very welcome addition to my hair care collection! After using the shampoo, even just once, I noticed a cleaner, more defined and even finish to the the lengths of my hair. I have sensitive skin and suffer from eczema, which was not triggered by the use of the shampoo. Additionally, it smells great and a little goes a long way.

The shampoo feels very nourishing for my hair. I have long, curly and coloured hair ,so growing my hair longer has always been a challenge. This shampoo gives my hair moisture for the ends, but I only tried it while in lockdown,so haven't really had the chance to see if it's going to be too greasy when I use it in everyday life( more pollution and doing activities). Overall I like it and will keep using it.

My hair has highlights and it was very damaged after a holiday in Portugal. I tried to recover with the blond line from Kérastase but didn’t work. As soon as I used this shampoo once my hair was completely different. You can feel the moisturiser at the moment that you are applying it. So I definitely recommend it.
This is such a lovely, moisturising shampoo that makes my hair feel so clean! It has a very subtle smell which I prefer to strong, cloying smells you get from some shampoos. I have lots and lots of hair. Very thick and down past my shoulders. A 010p size blob of this is more than enough to lather up and clean my hair so the bottle will last a good while. Such good quality!
My hair used to be short and fine, I’ve used this shampoo for nearly 3 years now and my hair is thick, long and very strong. I purchase this nearly every month it’s really my favourite shampoo ever
This shampoo smells amazing and I think a lot of people will love it. It doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it greasy however it does leave my ends feeling al little dry compared to other shampoos from the L’Oréal Professionel range.
I have naturally quite oily hair and I find this just doesn’t work well for my hair and my oils. When my hair has just been shampooed it will feel dry but by time I condition it and use the pro long treatment it looks beautiful. By the next day all my oils are poring through. Usually I can get away with not washing my hair for 3-4 days but when I use this shampoo I have to wash it by the second day. I used the shampoo without the treatment to see if the treatment was the problem but it’s definitely the shampoo. Smells beautiful and my hair feels like silk but it just doesn’t work with my oils
Lots of things to love about this shampoo. I love things that smell nice so the first thing i did was open the bottle and have a sniff. Its a lovely fresh, floral scent that leaves your hair smelling so nice. The consistency was good, not too thin and it lathered really well so you only need a small amount. My hair felt clean and had lots of volume once dried. I would definitely use this shampoo again.
Loved this shampoo. I have very long fine hair, and it works perfectly. Leaves scalp nice and clean, and hair moisturised and very manageable. I’ve tried lots of different brands, and this one seems to work the best.
