It did not say it needed another chemical to mix it with and the color was wrong. I ordered medium golden brown and got medium golden blond. I looked back and description was wrong, even though I ordered correctly.

It did not say it needed another chemical to mix it with and the color was wrong. I ordered medium golden brown and got medium golden blond. I looked back and description was wrong, even though I ordered correctly.
Used in tandem with LOreal brand developer, provides better results and is kinder on hair. Hv been using for years and results are better than boxed colors.
If you are like me, then you know about those grays that resistant color dye! I found for me that this is the only product that works. I also use x7 dark blonde. But it seems the brown stays longer thru hair washing. I mix it with neutralizer 30. It is important to exactly read the instructions. Heat up the neutralizer first, and do not use more than the 2oz. Then put the dye mixed in, and really blend it well together into a paste, then apply. This is the only method that works for me.
Worked wonderful and easy. Didnt even have to use the bottle of activation. Took all the permanent dye out
I bought this shade of color quite a while ago, then they quit making it. I tried different colors, but wasn't happy with any of them. Then I found this one and 'bingo" it was just what I was looking for. I'm so happy that I found it, now I just hope the company won't stop making it. It's the shade of hair color that I love. The product is something new we had to try since they no longer sell the liquid form of this product, but we were totally satisfied with the product coming in a gel form and mixing it. The color was not applied with a brush comb as suggested, I mixed it and put it in the color bottle and it was fine. Good color, easier to use in the bottle then the liquid. I think I used even less with this product for better results.
