L’Oréal Paris Super Blendable Makeup is one of the most versatile foundations I’ve used. The formula truly lives up to its name—it blends seamlessly into the skin, providing a natural, even finish. Whether you’re going for a light, everyday look or building it up for more coverage, this foundation adapts beautifully without looking cakey or heavy. The shade range is impressive, making it easier to find a perfect match for various skin tones. I appreciate how it doesn’t oxidize or change color throughout the day, which is a common issue with other foundations. The texture is lightweight, and it feels comfortable on the skin, even during long wear. I recently ran out of a foundation I've been using for several decades. In my opinion, the best on the market for aging skin. They went out of business and I was forced to move on. I trued almost every high end brand over the course of a few weeks.mall of them had issues and all of them ranged in price from 48-70 dollars for a small bottle. I even decided I would go to a lesser coverage so I didn't get that chalky powdery matte look I was avoiding. Nothing felt worth the price. That's when I bell went off in my head of an article that I read stating L'Oréal was the best selling make up of all. I picked this particular medium coverage due to the extensive variety in color shades. I'm light with a mix of golden and neutral undertones so I went with W1 and N1 and mix ... Here's the deal, if you tend to have drier skin, in order for this to not look cakey, you have to up your treatment. I use squaline oil before bed so I am moist in the am. I also use a cream before I apply this foundation. Second tip, you only need a tiny amount of this, as it's on the watery side and spreads easily. Do not use too much of it will look powdery. You could even add a little oil to the dab you out in your hand, but not the bottle, as oil and water do not mix. I would have given it 5 stars, but with all said, it's still a bit drying for my skin and I'm aware of it in bright lights. In my opinion, as good as the higher end brands if not better and extremely affordable at 10.00 a bottle. I felt it looked the same hours after application with little transfer. Give it a try, and don't trust all the reviews.

I tried this when it was released decades ago and wasn't able to find a shade I loved. Now 20 some years later I decided to try it again after seeing so many who love this on YouTube. After many shade finder apps, I settled on N3. I'm at the darker end of light, can get away with the lighter end of medium shades, and this seems to come in at a light-medium and it truly has neutral undertones, which you can never go wrong with if you're on the fence about cool or warm. I don't think I've found a better shade match in any foundation I've worn since I started wearing makeup over 40 years ago. When I use shade finders for other foundations, I plug this N3 shade in and usually get accurate recommendations. Ok, now for performance. My over 50 skin really looks great with ... When I use shade finders for other foundations, I plug this N3 shade in and usually get accurate recommendations. Ok, now for performance. My over 50 skin really looks great with this one. Not too matte, not too glowy, just the right amount of everything. I prefer a medium coverage and this nearly meets it. It actually could be a good medium coverage but because the shade match is so good the result is just a better me. I do use powder, Coty Air spun, which I've used for decades as well, and they play nicely together. What I don't like is that this does transfer to my glasses, and it does tend to slide and rub off as the day goes on, but not in a horrible way. On the days I don't need a foundation to last past a 16 hour work day, true match is my go to. I really like the finished result. But working two jobs means I want my foundation to last as long as possible, and this is where it doesn't perform for me. This is where it loses points. It doesn't claim to be a long wear and I don't expect it to do something it won't do, but I love being surprised when something overachieves. This isn't that foundation. The bottom line is it's a fabulous product that looks great on mature skin and does a great job if you're going somewhere special or you don't need a powerhouse of a foundation. I do use this on the daily when I have a "normal" day, and I've repurchased it several times. There is a reason this has been around a long time, it's that good. I'm glad I finally gave it another shot.

This true match super bendable foundation formula is a little runny. It is recommended to shake well before using then apply directly to the face with clean fingertips. I think a little goes a long way for light coverage and I recommend to be careful when using this pump. For best application it is recommended to use a damp makeup sponge and blend in an outward motion. This foundation settles in the skin nicely. I had some oil breakthrough but nothing too major after setting with powder. The shade is darker than desired but I was able to balance it out and I will be able to use it more in the summer. I like that the foundation does not have a scent. I think this is a great lightweight foundation for someone to try once they have their match.
So I really wanted to love this foundation, but sadly my skin just didn’t like it. The shade range was very very nice! Lots of colors to match with, and that’s always a huge plus. I did get my match right on the first try, so that was nice. I felt the consistency of the product was very runny and drying. I had to start blending right away or I’d be left with a blotch of pigment where the foundation sat. This product had no scent, and did not oxidize. Even though it’s supposed to be blendable, it did dry out rather quick, and was very thin as well. The coverage was ok. I can’t say I enjoyed this product, it gave me more of a bb cream feel. It also dried up horribly, I could see each and every pore on my face. Even after switching primers the results continued to be ... Ps not transfer proof, it came off easy I gave it three stars, it was inexpensive, color range is amazing, didnt oxidize, and on top of having no scent, it also doesn’t smell like chemicals.
The original formulation was 5-star. This new one is 1-star. Why change a terrific product? The new one doesn’t match as well despite being the same color code (so much for “true match”); feels oily on the skin; is difficult to clean up after; doesn’t cover as well; and apparently dropped the sunscreen that was a big selling point for the original. The new formula apparently targets people with dry skin, where it used to be great for people with oily or combination skin. It blended great for me! Now-oily makeup on my combination skin type? Noooo. Whose idea was it to alienate the existing consumer base?I understand product refreshes are necessary to rejuvenate a market, but this was like discontinuing a nice white wine and replacing it with store brand cola.
I immediately fell in love with this foundation. It is so great for any skin types and skin tones, has so many duo shades in the collection. Great for any age and heat every day foundation because how quickly and effortless it is to apply with the sponge or brush. It blends out perfectly and looks flattering on the skin with the flawless finish. It blurs and smooth, gives medium to almost medium to full natural coverage. My pores are practically invisible. If you have normal to dry skin you will love it, if you have combination to oily skin like my skin is normal on the perimeter and oily in the t-zone you will like it too. Hydrating and illuminating in a great shade matchLOVE LOVE LOVE this foundation! I use this in a 0.5N Porcelaine (the lightest shade). First off, the fact that it's in a pump is fantastic. I hate foundations in any other format, like a paddle or dropper. Pumps are the easiest, most hygienic, and least messy way to package these. Next up is the "illuminating" feature, which you can already see straight from the bottle - the foundation has a shimmer to it (almost like you've mixed in a bit of liquid highlighter with your foundation), but doesn't make you look like a disco ball. Instead, it seemed to really brighten my face and make my skin look more vibrant than its dull usual. I also loved the fact that this has hyaluronic acid in it - on days where I'm in a bigger ... I also loved the fact that this has hyaluronic acid in it - on days where I'm in a bigger rush to get on my Zoom calls, it lets me skip the moisturizer step and still have a made-up face that looks hydrated, versus other foundations which just look patchy if I forego moisturizer. I wouldn't say that the claim of improving my skin texture necessarily held true, but that really isn't something I'm looking for in a foundation. The colour match was excellent, which, despite brands having a lot of light shades available, can often be a challenge considering how pale I am and in terms of finding the right undertone-colour combination. Lastly, this foundation is made in France. While nationally-made makeup is naturally ideal, I'm always excited to see EU-made makeup products since I know their production standards are quite high and I associate the place of manufacturing with a lot of high-end makeup brands, which this foundation could rival
I used to wear L'Oreal True Match in my teens and always loved it, then as an adult I gravitated more toward luxury brands and forgot about this foundation. Well I was very happy to rediscover it. Even though I no longer have the skin of a young girl, it worked really well on my mature skin. It didn't settle on pores or fine lines. I would say this foundation can easily compete with prestige products. It blends beautifully and appears seamless, kind of like your skin but better. I did find that if you want more coverage you can build it up. I only deducted a star because even though it lasted most of the day, it did start wearing off toward the end and looking a bit too shiny (I do have combo skin though) Over all it is a beautiful foundation and I would continue to ... The foundation is a very moisturising product due to the hyaluronic acid it contains, so it hydrates the skin very well and the skin doesn't look so, just fresh and promising. It has quite a fluid consistency for a medium coverage foundation but that this is a HUGE plus as it is easy to spread on the face with a finger sponge or brush. Another huge plus is the wide range of colours, with markings such as warm cold and neutral, so everyone is able to match the foundation not only in shade but also under tone to their natural skin colour.
