La Mer The Intensive Revitalizing Mask 75 ml

Very nice mask, thicker and oilier consistency. I prefer wash-off masks, whereas this is a leave-on type where excess is either left on while sleeping or wiped off after 8 minutes. Smells like other la mer products but softer. A bit of a sting when first applied with a minimal amount of redness. Left my skin feeling soft and hydrated.

This mask is AMAZING!! I’ve recently been trying a few La Mer products and I’m really loving them! Yes! It’s expensive but in this case, you get what you pay for (which isn’t always true of course). This mask is a little on the perfume-y side but nothing overwhelming or offensive. You put this on and leave it on for 8 minutes then tissue off. My face feels smoother, more refreshed and overall, beautiful! It’s hard to explain but my face looks healthier and younger looking and at 52, I’ll take what I can get 😂! Game changer

This product is good value for la mer and I find it gives ten times better results than any of the other la mer products I have tried. I use this twice a week at night and it feels so luxurious, like you would expect a thick mask to feel although it does absorb well. I wake up with the most moisturised glowing repaired skin. I have acne prone skin and it does take a lot with retinols and acne products and this is an absolute saviour for putting the life and moisture back into my skin. I think it’s a absolute bargain and mine has lasted forever. I couldn’t be without it now.

J'Adore

I got the intensive revitalising mask as a sample.I have combination oily skin so I only apply with fingertips pea size amount to the bottom of the face and repeat method for the top as having such oily skin I can react with to much moisture...I leave on for 8 minutes then continue with applying my normal La Mer skin regime. It's left my face feeling hydrated and plump but not overly actively oily.***I loved the light tingling sensation to stimulate and awaken the skin cell regeneration, I am sold butIf you have similar skin I would say key is less! I will continue to use this product in my skin regime whenever my skin loses its appearance in plumpness.

Magic In A Tube!

I've tried a couple of LA Mer products. Some were great, others were just OK. In either case, I never felt that the price point actually matched the quality/results. That's until I tried the revitalizing mask. This stuff is amazing! Magic in a tube. My skin is glowing and energized the morning after I use this mask. I kind of use it as a moisturizer 2-3 times a week. The price of products just keeps increasing so buy this now.

My holy grail product

I read a review to use this under my make up and put on a thin layer in the a.m. to prime for makeup application. My skin looked so amazing with just a thin layer of the mask that I threw on translucent powder and my skin looked AMAZING!!! Better than makeup and actually matched my skin tone. It's great as a mask, too! I see immediate noticeable results with this mask and feel better about my skin than ever before. For the record I'm an esthetician with 20 years of experience and have tried almost everything. La mer is a miracle for my skin and this mask is my favorite product ever.

Not For Everyone

Possible problem for sensitive skin. I tried it once as I had a sample and after the 8 minutes suggestion to remove it, my skin was burning and itching so much, I had to put on hydrocortisone cream. It also is quite perfumed and it also left a weird film on my face. I do have sensitive skin. I usually use clean products (Ren and Grown Alchemist) which I will continue to use. Sorry, not for me, but I love to try new things.

Somewhere Between Petroleum Jelly and Motor Oil

I have a been a long term La Mer user and lover. This felt like I have never felt putting any product on my face. Not even thick layer of Vaseline. This felt like I put on a car engine grease on my face both in terms of texture and stubbornness of coming off. My fingers were sticking to my face in an incredibly uncomfortable way and I needed to get it off my face, but nothing seemed to work. I washed, wiped, washed again, wiped again and repeated this four times with a face soap and got it to where my fingers were sticking to my face at a tolerable amount. I have no idea what’s going on with La Mer. Even my beloved soft moisturizer that I have used for six years feels like it has some petroleum jelly in it nowadays.

Worth it!

I've never been wowed by any La Mer skincare product...until now! I used this mask every night for 3 consecutive nights until my trial sized tube finished. The first night I applied for just 10 minutes and wiped away the excess with a cotton pad, which to be honest was not that much as my skin seemed to have absorbed it all. Instantly I noticed my complexion looked more radiant and rested. For the next 2 nights I applied overnight and let it sink in and work its magic. Not only was there a brighter tone to look forward to in the morning but my skin looked more plumped and it glowed. The breakout could also have been down to the Eucalyptus oil or Spearmint ingredients.
