How wonderful to find a diabetic friendly brown sugar replacement. While, this product doesn't pack down like traditional brown sugar, it does offer the familiar "brown sugar" taste. I'm happy to have found this before the holiday season begins.

I LOVE Lakanto product and this is no exception. Overall, I find their sweeteners to be the best for a low carb lifestyle—they don’t have the weird aftertaste I experience with other brands. I was so excited when the new brown sugar came out! I’ve used the brown sugar to make my copycat Brown sugar shaken espresso drink in addition to a Nashville hot sauce so far—both were great!!!

Purchased The Brown Monkfruit Sweetener to try vs the previously purchased Golden Monkfruit Sweetener. I am satisfied with the taste and baking capabilities over the brown cane sugar Golden product. My only concern with this product is the small size of product for the price point. This will be expensive to use overall for baking.

The brown sugar was disappointing compared to your other products. When I melted with butter to make pineapple upside down cake it didn't retain its dark brown color and didn't have the brown sugar taste. I was super excited to get it but disappointed in the end result. It was a little too sweet too.
It was very good in the end but I had to add more brown monkfruit sweetener to my sweet potatoes than I would have with regular brown sugar. It does not say 1:1 for sugar on the bag but it does say that it “tastes and measures just like what Grandma’s recipes call for“. Not my experience but that was okay for me.It blended to a nice smooth consistency without any granular bits that evening or crystals the next day. I’m super pleased that I can have my traditional sweet potatoes for Thanksgiving and I am enjoying the leftovers!!

I haven’t done this in years; BUT NOWI CAN with Monkfruit Brown Sugar.I’m a southern girl & Briwn Sugar is used a lot; even in BBQ sauce. I’m so happy Lakanto made Briwn Sugar. I have been only using their products for sugar free goodness for at least 5 years. First thing I did after opening my Brown Sugar delivery was to make coffee with BS. I’m back in the South again!!!

Great in chocolate chip KETO cookies and the occasional sweet potato with melted butter and cinnamon, or any other use where brown sugar is needed. Absolutely delicious!I do keto or low carb faithfully, but I also do intermittent fasting every day with an iPhone APP called Zero which is really helpful in keeping track of things.
Comparing two batches of vanilla wafers, one made with your brown product, the other with regular brown sugar. Identical recipe other than that, identical prep method, oven & bake time.Your product resulted in stiffer cookie batter, so much so that the piped dough failed to spread into a cookie form during baking, retaining its coiled rope appearance… not good! Also the sweetness was not as ‘bright’, and there was a slight aftertaste… not desirable!
Love this product. I use a lot of different Lakanto sugar replacements and this is a great replacement for traditional brown sugar. The first day it arrived I made bread pudding (sf/gf). The taste and texture is spot on. Thanks so much for this one. There's still plenty of use for golden in my Lakanto collection, but for truly brown sugar sweets, this is AMAZING!
The brown Monkfruit is a given in my pantry and it serves a multitude of uses. Pumpkin pie is a favorite as well as Cinnamon toast or anything that requires brown sugar. The taste is brown sugar all the way, plus the texture is the same as the "other" stuff and the color is....well, brown. You will never know it is not sugar.
