This is my go-to "purse product" for my lips, I love it to bits! I purchased the shade "Grapefruit", and it's very flattering on my neutral toned, warm-leaning skin. The tint is sheer but can be built up to a deeper color, and it leaves a beautiful glossy shine. I cannot detect any scent at all. It is 100% scentless. Maybe I had a dud one? And the ‘tint’ you can’t really call a tint, it applies clear (I bought peach).With that being said, I didn’t buy it for the scent or the tint. I love the lip mask and whilst a different formulation, I do love the moisture it provides. It’s soft and not at all sticky. Very comfortable to wear and relatively long lasting.I do feel though it is over priced when it doesn’t deliver on the scent or the tint. There are definitely equal lip balms which are moisturising and a fraction of the price.I am disappointed because I LOVE the overnight lip masks and swear by them. I find their scents are the perfect balance of being fruity but subtle so was hoping for the same in this product.
Seriously. You'll have a nice tint going and seem moisturized but literally 15 to 20 minutes of wearing this and with a good bit of gloss still on your lips, you'll feel your skin be cracked and dry. Something about this doesn't moisturize me at all. A pack of EOS balms is less than one of these and moisturizes way better so I have to stick with that for now. This gloss smells nice and feels smooth, not sticky at all. It feels moisturizing and just thick enough while not being heavy, but it really does not moisturize my lips at all. The overnight mask is a bit better but only for overnight. Will not buy this balm/gloss again. Might buy the lip mask again.

I bought the mango one a few days ago and heres what i think abt it:- tastes like vaseline but in a weird way.- it actually smells nice like mango.- makes my lips feel moisturized for abt 2-3 hours then gets dry again so im always reapplying, but it seems most lip balms are like this.- the mango one doesnt show any tint on my lips at all.- i usually preffer glossy lip products and this one wasnt, but its my fault cuz i read somewhere (i think in their website) after buying that this doesnt give shine, so if you're going for a glossy look i dont recommend.- would i repurchase? i dont think so. it feels really mediocre for its price and hype, you can find other cheaper balms that feel better and moisturize for longer. or maybe its just my lips.

I tend to buy Korean brand makeup from the drugstore as it's cheap and if it doesn't work.. it's okay as I didn't spend that much money on it. I'm not sure why I bought this because I was never a fan of Laneige but I guess this was an impulse buy. Anyway, I swiped the tester on my hand and just really loved the sheer lilac colour. I wore this today and this is so mid. It's totally clear on my lips and I'm truly disappointed as I expected a sheer lilac colour. Even a tiny bit will do but this is unfortunately clear. Too bad I can't return it. To be fair l, it is a comfy balm gloss with a sweet smell but as far as the colour, what you swatch on your hand will NOT show up on the lips.. even if like me you have pale lips. What a waste of money.
ought this product with my friends at another sephora location. after going home and doing a tiktok haul we tried it on big mistake. my friends got the mango and another friend got vanilla and i got blueberry. we are tried on our owns and we were obsessing over the color and already looking at the laneige website to buy more. mine was kind of stinging, but i thought that was normal. after my friends hung out i had to go for curfew( 11:00) as im driving home it’s stinging so bad. then i pull into a gas station to wipe it off in the bathroom. i look at my lips and they look like balloons, its so bad. i had an allergic reaction to the product. and its just vaseline that’s 20$ so i was so upset. never again
