You need to 'season' a cast iron pan (google it if you don't know how to season a cast iron pan). If you don't 'season' it food will stick. Once you season it, it is the most incredible pan!! I've literally used it pretty much every single day since I bought it back in April! I also bought the pan lid. It's an investment, but worth every penny!!!

Ignore all the low star reviews - I think those reviews are compared to a non-stick frying pan. This is not a non-stick frying pan, it is a cast iron pan. You need to 'season' a cast iron pan (google it if you don't know how to season a cast iron pan). If you don't 'season' it food will stick. Once you season it, it is the most incredible pan!! I've literally used it pretty much every single day since I bought it back in April! I also bought the pan lid. It's an investment, but worth every penny!!!

Can't go wrong with Le Creuset. Beautiful designs, although cast iron pans may be too heavy for some.

The material and quality of the pan is flawless and I cannot find any faults in it. This is the last word in the frying pans.
Absolutely terrible service. Ordered product on 3rd of December. Received notification on the 11th of December that item was dispatched. On 22nd of December I received notification of a refund which I never requested. Was never even offered a replacement style/colour. Left me high and dry for Christmas! Will never buy anything from brown Thomas again! Still have not received a reply on my request to speak to a manager!
Great product! I am very happy about this pan, I have been using it for all different types of cooking for a year now, and I still love it. The only disadvantage is that is a bit heavy.
