LEGO 60155 Advent Calendar City 2017

Lego Advent Calendars are super fun for our whole family. We range in ages from 6-43, and everyone is excited to see what comes each day! The builds are fairly easy, with the picture instructions on the back of each daily door.

'Can never go wrong with LEGO!!

It's LEGO! 'Can't ever go wrong with LEGO! I needed this to add to my collection - I want to get a set every year. I build each of the items, and then after Christmas it all goes into a tub, where it will be mixed with other sets over the years.....to be played with next Christmas :-)

5 Stars and 2 Thumbs up!!!

My grandsons will not receive this until the end of the month but I think it’s a fantastic way for little kids to count all the days till Christmas in a creative way using their imagination and their hands and NOT modern technology! I am so looking forward to seeing their faces with this gift!❤️It is also a great way to include mom, dad and grandparents into their little world of imagination! I Definitely recommend!

Fun

The kids love it. It is a fun activity for them each morning while I make breakfast. (The directions for each build are located inside its door; it took us a few days to notice this feature).

Great value and fun idea

this seems to be a great gift for the price. I think the age range, 5-12 is a little off. My 5 year old grandson has a harder time than I thought he would following the picture directions to build the pieces, but with our help he is having a great time with it. He looks forward to popping open each day.

Hooray!

My daughters love these calendars. It makes the wait for Christmas a little easier. And its not candy! Can't wait to see the ive sculpture in person. Also, thrilled to see Santa :)So glad they are doing sales on Lego again. Thanks Target!

It’s a Great Lego Calendar

Such a great addition to our Christmas tradition. My little Boy loves waking up every morning to find a new unique character to build! Great Lego quality! We highly recommend it.

Lots of Fun for Kids Big and Small

I buy an Advent Calendar every year for my kids and have ever since they were babies. We switched from Playmobil to Lego a few years ago. Over the years I have gotten them the City, Friends and Star Wars versions depending on which one I think they will prefer that particular year. They have always enjoyed Lego City calendars the most. The Star Wars ones were their least favorite- in fact my son (age 33) told me not to bother buying those anymore as they are not much fun and not "Christmas-y" enough. The Lego City Advent Calendar is always the first to disappear from the shelves and web-sites so I order it as soon as I can- it's just not worth trying to get it on sale or for a lower price. They usually become available in late August/early September. My son and ... MoreI buy an Advent Calendar every year for my kids and have ever since they were babies. Not just for kids

I didn't buy this for a child, but for an adult Lego fan. It was a HUGE hit with his roommates last year who wanted the calendar in their living room for all to see They got really excited about what toy would be behind the next door. Seriously, a bunch of 30 year olds LOVED this.

Such a HIT!!!

So much fun for the whole family, even grown-ups and teenagers! My husband and sons take turn building each day. A couple of tips... First, don't tear off the doors to each day. They are perforated all the way around but if you open it and leave one part attached you can keep the scene intact. Secondly, the picture of what you are building is behind the "door" of each day. The first day we tore it completely off and threw it away and without noticing, and we weren't quite sure what we were building. Lastly, if you happen to take the insert with the legos out by accident (like we did), it does matter which way they go back in. We found out the hard way when the lego packets weren't matching the pictures. Anyway, learn from our mistakes and ENJOY!!!
