Great choice on the jeans! I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my order. Although I specifically requested the THROTTLE color, I received the RINSED PLAYA - WATERLESS variant instead. However, I understand that mistakes happen and it's not a big deal. We're all human, and I appreciate the effort put into fulfilling orders. Overall, I'm still satisfied with the jeans. Thank you.

The jeans are perfect for me. I'm an older (80) guy with not much of a butt. Regular cut jeans always looked kind of "baggy". My wife encouraged me to try a pair of slim cut jeans. They fit perfectly with the help of the flex feature. I now have a wordrobe of four different 511 Flex Slim Fit jeans in four different shades.

My husband has thin legs so these fit him perfect as if he were wearing a regular size Levi fitting jean. These do not fit tight (which I don’t like to see on men) or overly loose in the legs like they do when he wears a regular size fitting jean. Still fits him great with no or minimal shrinkage after several washes and drying. Will be purchasing more.

So we tried the 512's and they fit perfectly! They aren't supper skinny like the skinny jeans. They have a little give but they don't look baggy. We ordered 29 x 30's for the 511's and they were a bit short. We ordered the same size for the 512's and they give him plenty of length without being too long. They look great on him. So if your thin and the 511's don't work - try the 512's! They are made differently so they may fit better! At the store I looked at the colors because you can never really tell what the color will look like when you're shopping on line. These used to be good quality. But even good old Levi's brand has finally fallen victim to the classic capitalism model of "race to the bottom". Every pair of the five that I ordered has threads coming undone right out of the package new, even before washing them. What a disappointment but no surprise considering how consumers are getting worse quality of products all around the world each passing day.
Nice Jeans from Levi's for day to day wear. I would warn that if you are used to the the original 501's these are definitely a lot thinner style jean. The stretch fabric in the material allows for some additional give for more of an athletic use and feel. The only issue I had with them is the pair I received was a supposed to be a rinsed blue but when I got them they had a slight green tint to them in the light. After a couple of wears and a wash the tint was less noticeable. Not sure if it was just the pair I received or if this is just something about the finish or the stretch material that caused the tint. The slim fit does feel better than the 513's I used to wear. Overall a nice pair of jeans but you really can't go wrong much with a pair of Levi's.

These jeans are well made but the sizing is way off! My husband's current jeans are 511, size 33, and they are a bit too large so I ordered him a 32. He couldn't even get them on! So I tried them and they fit me perfectly. I think they may be women's? I would keep them for me, except they don't have any stretch so I am returning them. My last 3 on line orders from Macy's have not worked, sizing off or I am sent the wrong item. What has happened yo Macy's?!
I love Levis; I have been wearing them for over 40 years. I've bought 511s since they were introduced. I was happy to find them on sale here at JCP and extremely happy to read that the ones I wanted were 99% cotton. I ordered 2 pair. They arrived and when I took them from the bags, I thought they felt stretchy (yuck). They didn't have that denim feel (or smell). I checked the label: 88% COTTON, 10% POLYESTER and 2% ELASTANE. Sorry, but this is not what I wanted; they are going back. Do better JCP and Levis.
I recently bought a pair of Levis online. A pair of light blue were shown for sale. But when I went to order them, the only colors they had were black (Native Cali), Dark Blue(Panda Wash) and the light blue for some strange reason are called Pickles. Why don't they just call these jeans the color - black,dark blue or lt. blue, instead of Native Cali, Panda Wash and Pickles. I thought Pickles were green, not lt. blue. I ended up ordering Panda Wash but were way too dark and now I have to send them back for a refund. And if they no longer have a certain color, why show a picture of them in the first place. It would make it much easier for the buyer. You know; just saying
