LG CordZero A9 Kompressor Core Handstick Vacuum - Silver

I loved it! The box once you open it is a bit intimidating because it has a lot of parts. It's easy to assemble in my opinion, however, the instructions where very extensive and there was no "quick start guide". The instructions talk about a mop extension that didn't came in my box, which was a bit confusing in the beginning. Regarding performance, I love it. It's powerful but half the noise than the competitors. Super easy to use and change extensions. The battery lasts quite a bit and charges pretty quickly. I love the hand vacuum extension, and the charging dock is great. I would've like that since there's space for some accessories in the charging dock that they would include some for the extensions as well. Overall, amazing product, I would definitely recommend it.

OMG I love it! comes with so many attachments. took me a moment to piece it all together but I got there! It is light weight and great for getting in those hard to reach places. It comes with 2 batteries and a charging station. I do wish it had a spot to store all additional attachments. A number of the inner pieces such as the filter can simply be hand washed under the tap which I love and it even comes with a cleaning brush specifically for cleaning the inside of the collecting compartment. The suction I wasn't initially impressed until I found the turbo button and then I got very excited! I would vacuum once to twice a week, pull it out, plug it in and drag it around the house hitting corners and damaging furniture. I was so surprised at how quiet it is, but we soon realised it's because in the head piece, there's the rolling brush that sweeps dirt in to the suction, thus allowing for the quieter motor. Despite the lower suction, its an effective vacuum. We hadn't moved our bed for quite some time, so there was quite a build up of cat hair and debris on the carpet, but the Kompressor handled it fine. The small rubbish compartment does mean it's not great for larger jobs, but if you like to keep on top of things and vacuum fairly regularly, that's not an issue at all. Swapping attachments out is easy. It can get a bit heavy after a while, but like I said, if you're just doing a light vacuum every few days, so you aren't taking a long time to vacuum, it's a non-issue. Also having the ability to telescope it, or turn it in to a hand held vacc is super handy! And the 2 batteries means you can always have one charged/charging while you work. It's less bulky than the average vacuum cleaner, so it was a huge help while we cleaned our last place after moving. We both have small cars so it was great having the smaller vacuum cleaner. We're both actually so impressed, we're seriously considering getting the mop attachment in the new year! I don't know that we would have paid as much for it as RRP is, but I am definitely glad to have received this to review. A nice little bonus is that we have an LG washing machine, and both items have the same little song, which is super cute! The only reason it loses a star is cost, and it can be a bit touchy if something gets stuck in the tube or you haven't quite fully cleaned out the trash compartment, but other than that, definitely love this cleaner!

Also love the ability to charge both batteries simultaneously on the charging station, for those with a larger house this will certainly allow to simply swap batteries and complete all the vacuuming in one timeframe as oppose to having to stop and recharge as we have done before. Having said that, I did also notice that the charging time with this vacuum is significantly quicker than other vacuums we have used taking approximately four hours to reach a full charge. On first use of the product I found it very easy to use, it has great manoeuvrability and is lightweight (great as currently pregnant). The grip in particular is very comfy to handle and having an on/off button as oppose to a held trigger to operate is also very beneficial and adds to the ease of use. The sound is very quiet compared to our current competitor vacuum but in no way impacts the suction which is fantastic. The suction on the standard setting of the LG Kompressor actually cleans our carpet better than the high setting on our current vacuum. The sound is so low that I have actually been able to vacuum the house whilst my toddler sleeps during the day which is super handy and previously I have had to wait for him to wake before cleaning. I also found the vacuum comes with a great range of heads and attachments with specific cleaning heads for carpet/fabric and another one for tiles or wooden floors. Living in a two storey unit which is tiled downstairs and carpeted upstairs, I had the opportunity to use both and were very impressed with the performance on both surfaces. The exchange of heads/attachments from one to another is also extremely quick and easy. One thing I was particularly impressed with is the Kompressor system, allowing for far more contents to be vacuumed without having to empty it often, but also still being fairly small and compact. Emptying the dust compartment is also very easy with a simple clip release at the bottom. Overall I was highly satisfied with the LG Kompressor vacuum and have already recommended it to family and friends as it exceeded my expectations. My partner has also tried it and was equally impressed with the quality and performance. As a money conscious, young family who are reluctant to spend a lot of money on household appliances I can honestly say we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this item again as even though it’s ten times more expensive than the first vacuum we bought, it’s twenty times better and worth every dollar!

I like that I can charge both butteries at the same time. The vacuum doesn’t take much space at all. It’s a very powerful machine that picks up dust easily. The head is very flexible and it’s easy to use around corners. Compressor function is great and it’s easy to empty. Overall, I love this vacuum and definitely would recommend it! A seniors conversion to a stick vacuum

its very convenient, quick to pull out and use, accessible in terms of maneuverability, love the easy click-on accessories and nozzles, like the accessibility of cleaning the appliance and filters, albeit that there are more things to clean, and it needs cleaning more often. Love the easy empty dust bin. it has changed my habits in that I will quickly whip it out and use it more often in smaller cleans, rather than wait until the end of the week and pull out the old plug and chord and do a whole household clean. The carpet nozzle cleans more deeply than my old conventional vacuum.

Best Ever Stick Vacuum

This stick vacuum is the best. Extremely easy to manoeuvre around. Great suction especially on carpet where pet hair is present. Easy to empty as you do not have to remove the pole first like other stick vacuums. Can adjust heights so anyone can use it comfortably. Spare battery that is always on charge!! And it lasts a long time. I've been a loyal user of Dyson but wanted a change as I did not like their new stick vacuums. This LG is far better than any other stick vacuum on the current market. Do not hesitate to make the change as it will be the best decision you will ever make.

Disappointed

Bought the LG Cord Zero based on reviews, however I am quite disappointed with it. While it is light-weight and easy to use the suction on both the standard and turbo settings is very poor compared to other brands I have owned. When I turn it on after previous use some dirt and debris falls out the head. I find I have to run it on turbo, which it is not really designed for. Not really hapy with the machine and would not recommend it to others.

I love the 2 batteries (although they are definitely needed if you use the boost function) and the powerful suction. It's actually embarrassing how much dirt this vacuum is pulling up which highlights that the old vacuum (not LG) was not cutting the mustard. I'm vacuuming more than I ever have just because it is so satisfying to see what it brings up. I'm glad we chose this model over the base ones for the extra power and the compressing function in the bin. I also love that you don't have to keep your finger on the power button to make it work. It's got great swivel on the head to get under the couch. It comes with it's own stand too so you don't have to affix anything to the wall.
