If you're young or still have good ears you may be annoyed at the high pitch noise from the dryer - I presume it is the switching frequency of the inverter and is <10kHz. Never heard this with our Samsung inverter heat pump dryer.

Had it for a month now, does the job no fuss. The temperature sensor works really well, it will dry the clothes till they're done.The water tank feature was nice but I've now plumbed it into the sink to expel the water. Big features and tech, so you will pay for that but I can't complain in the slightest on the quality.

Ive only had dryer for a few weeks and haven't had to use ot a lot, but have tried a few functions.Love having soft fluffy towels again, and the fact we can drain out the water via plumbing rather than having to empty each time, and the lack of condensation in the laundry is a great bonus.Hopefully many years of happy drying ahead 😁
Sometimes the led timer is a little hard to read, but this is not a critical issue.
I brought this as soon as it came out with matching washer. Love them both. I have plumbed water outlet for dryer to sink rather than empting tray each cycle.
I have a family of 4 kids and the 10kg model more than adequately dry the daily loads of clothes we have. Found out that the Mixed Fabric in Normal Dry Mode and Extra Dry Level works well for us as the laundry comes out dry as compared to other mode which comes out still a little damp. Takes around an hour and half to complete a typical dry cycle. Very happy with the unit.
Great product so far, have it stacked above the washing machine which is great for space. Very quiet and lots of programme choicesWould recommend
Had for two weeks. Flabbergasted that there is no delay start. We have 1/2 price power after 9pm. There is no farther on here to delay start once clothed loaded. Even on the app! You also can’t choose between lower power consumption or turbo mode as most modes are preselected with no option to change. I though app would also give interesting electricity use… it just gives stars out of 6 (ie the load used two stars), again pretty much pointless. Dryer performs well but most claims about great features are well wide of reality…
Its noisy. Like multiple machines all in one. Pumps. Spinny things. Heaters revving up. And then the normal dryer sound. Seems like lots of moving parts that can potentially break. Im concerned. If you put in too much, it doesnt dry properly. The drying cycles are very long. It doesnt like you loading it anywhere near its maximum, so whats the point of being 10kgYou CANNOT dry sheets or duvets in here. It just rolls them up into a tight ball. I have kept my 14 year old $300 dryer to do the sheets, as this one at least rolls back and forth so no balls. I really regret this purchase. I should have just bought 2 or 3 x 5kg vented dryers. Would have been cheaper. The electricity savings are half what the old one used. Doubtful its worth it though.
