We bought this washing machine as we thought it would be the 'best' and gave us the ability to do two loads of washing at once and had the dryer in the main washer. We have had recurring issues where the door in the main washer just springs open. Can happen at the start of the cycle or anytime in any of the cycles. This is frustrating as it often spills water into our laundry, or leaves us to return home thinking that the washing would be finished only to see that it has opened and with that often over an hour for a cycle to complete. I am an LG fan with many LG products in our home but I would certainly give this washing machine a miss.

We bought this washing machine as we thought it would be the 'best' and gave us the ability to do two loads of washing at once and had the dryer in the main washer. We bought ours on feb 2020, it has a great variety of washing and drying programs, from 15 min washing to washing and drying, or even an specific program for different types of stains, which is truly amazing, the dryer in the right setting is great!! Everything comes out dry and soft. The dispenser is great! The down side is that is very noisy, and the vibration is unreal !! when is on the spinning part of the cycle. We weren’t advised that it needs a concrete floor underneath before buying, we live in a wooden house with wooden floor and its been a nightmare! And the app... well it doesn’t work unless you have pre set it in the Remote start... so not that useful really! i thought that the app was going to be connected to the machine all the time, but nope you have to put it on remote start or you can’t pause or edit the programs or anything. So if you have concrete floor it might work better for you tan for us, but we are very disappointed with the purchase we wouldn’t recommend.

As a washer dryer it is amazing. Because it is a heat pump dryer your clothes aren't dried with hundreds of litres of water like every other washer dryer combo on the market. They actually come out dry and fluffy. As a stand alone washer it's pretty good but not amazing. Doesn't have steam features. It should have a separate section for autoloading delicate detergent. And A lot of the washing options are redundant. But there is nothing bad about it.
I actually bought this in 2018 and I see LG still sell this model. I would not recommend this washer. 2021 had a faulty door lock that locked clothes in for four days until a tech could get it open, Feb 2022-pump failure, Feb 2022 bottom washer - no electrics - stopped working, May 2022 sensor fault (stops switch from wash to drying), May 2022 top washer - no electrics - stopped working completely - lucky I paid for product care!!
I have had this machine for three years and it has broken down 3-4 time in this time. The LG repair service has been terrible and last time it broke, it took them more than a month to fix. Wouldn’t recommend LG signature to anyone.
Extremely disappointed with this washing machine. no point of spending over $6000 on buying such an expensive item and clothes keep getting stuck in the filter and it keeps giving me the OE error. would not recommend it to anyone.
