Boy I really dislike this washing machine. It has all these functions but only works on Quick wash. If you use any other wash it will add at least 30 minutes of operating time even though it will only say 1:30. You can download a rinse and spin cycle but doesn't work - mine gets stuck on the spin. Then you try to do the spin it gets stuck and doesn't progress after 8 minutes and it would run forever unless you stopped it. Within the first two months, I had the controller board replaced and it looks like it's gone again. It only works when there are no clothes in it or on quick wash.

Loving our new machine, small in size but does definitely fit a lot! A bonus is it can easily fit in a smaller laundry room. Super quiet while running but spins really great, clothes come out practically dry, has loads of cycles options while being able to modify to your liking. Only downfall is you cant see cycle lengths until you start the machine. A super cool feature is you can see and control the machine from the LG app! Such a modern looking and feeling machine.

The door is easy to open and close, and the grey rubber seal is easy to wipe out after each wash....which is recommended and I find that stops all smells if the water is wiped and door left open!I'm hopeful this machine will be as good as my last LG....I got 12 years from the last one and absolutely no probs with it along the way.

This is my first front loader and when I saw the size of it I thought I had made a mistake because no way was it going to fit my big loads of laundry in but I was proven wrong. It looks small but can definitely fit a lot into it. I have 2 kids under 2 so I have tested it out quite a bit since it's arrived and I love it. It's quiet, clothes come out nicely and are drying with alot less crinkles than my old top washer and much cleaner. Kids stains are almost non existent. Easy to use, great machine, good price very happy with my new washer
Stuck to LG because I had one that lasted 15 years. Upgraded because it needed a new part, the feet were rusted and I couldn’t get it balanced. Love the new upgrade. Went for the smaller more compact dimensions to fit in my cabinet space and there is plenty of room. I love that you can see all the cycle options on the dial opposed to digital push button. You can vary everything from temperature to spin speed, open and add an item and I find the 1200 rpm is plenty. Haven’t had a use for the steam wash yet. Very handy app to remind me it’s finished and needs hanging out. Overall I’m really happy with my new washer.
This is my third LG waster in past 16 yrs. First was a 7kg, then a 8kg and this again a 8kg. The reason for 4 stars is nothing else but due to the size of drum. They have made this model with reduced depth to save space, hence the drum is smaller. It may still can wash 8kg in weight but since lower volume of drum, less no of clothes. Less no of clothes compared to my previous 8kg one. LG you could have kept a choice of previous depth one and this new size for who has space issues. Not 100% happy

It 1200rrp and mashing does produce some serious decibels on a full load. Also, it is important to mention that 8kg load applies only to cotton setting while other delicate programs are designed for much lower volumes and that is something that could be more clearly communicated. It should be really mandatory requirement to display level of noise on the certain products from white goods and household goods spectrum. My whole experience from start to finish was/is fantastic. I am now getting my Dad to get one. But its the extras too and the guidance. I will never buy any important item for my house unless its through the good guys because of the amazing Concierge backup plan. I wish I knew about Concierge sooner. Bravo good guys. Another Australian great! Product, service 10/10. Also I bought the machine and it was in the next day installed by a lovely helpful chap and they took away my old machine. So I went from stressed out too super happy with no worries because I know iif a problem occurs the good guys will take care of it with my Concierge plan. If only my marriages were so good!
My old (top loading) washing machine died late one afternoon and since I needed a lot of washing done in a hurry, I immediately went onto Appliances Online. A friend recommended both LG and a front loader, so I followed her advice and by 10.00am the following day I was commencing the first wash in my new machine. It was delivered by two professional young men who installed it and removed the old machine in a very few minutes. I’m very pleased with the new machine. It has a good capacity and is quiet and washes the clothes well, even on the Quick 30 setting. Thanks again to Appliances Online for coming to my rescue with speed, efficiency and a high quality new product.
Seems a good machine, but read the booklet, for 8Kg you will wait about 2 hours for the wash, so we are changing the wash routine to put on as soon as we wake. But read the booket. Rapid 30min wash only for 4Kg, for example. On first wash I saw the clothes as cleaner, brighter, and remembered the detergent slogans from 40 years ago. Weird. Now I don't notice. I think it's a good washer but read the booklet, and understand the limits on each type of wash.
