When LIFX say Candle they really mean it. This smart bulb has a world-first tower of 26 LEDs inside it that creates a seemingly infinite canvas of color and light. Set Flame mode in the LIFX app and it looks like a flame. Set Morph mode and it looks like multicolored lava. Paint your own colors onto the surface of the bulb with your finger in the app - must be seen to be believed. Oh and it also lights things up really nicely in shades of white, if you're into that. Get rid of the jolting alarm and instead rise naturally with lighting. Set schedules that slowly turn your lights on and up to the same brightness as the sunrise. At the end of the day, tell your body it's time to wind down with soft lighting by dimming your lights all the way down to 1% so that your lights won't keep you up at night. Control with voice, app, sensors (not included) and partner integrations. With Wi-Fi and a 2.4GHz connection, you don't need a bridge or hub to set it up. No extra bits of hardware will be cluttering up your surfaces - every bulb works straight out of the box. LEDs are up to 80% more efficient than regular light bulbs, meaning you can save on electric bills and produce fewer greenhouse gasses, all while having a brighter home. That's a win for your wallet, a win for the planet and a win for your space. Compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, iOS Siri and Cortana, LIFX lights can bring your whole home into the future.

LIFX Candle Colour E14. Started with one to test. Finished up with 3. Experienced some difficulty connecting the first one. Correct router channels in 2.4Ghz weren't open. Logged onto router. Opened required channels (1-9) and connection completed without further issue. The following 2 globes connecting couldn't have gone any easier. Read the instructions. On a side note you'll need to allow LIFX to bypass your VPN otherwise globes will "go dark" ie non responsive. You can make the changes in your VPN app settings (split tunnelling) to resolve. Same is required with Garmin Connect app for live tracking and Boomerang Bike GPS, so it's not a big deal. There's no shortage of ready-made lighting sequences to choose from. Apart from having to troubleshoot the initial connection and the "going dark" problem (your welcome) they've been great. Recommend item if your considering them.

Love this bulb - it's easy to set up and install, works with alexa/google/homekit, etc., and provides many color variations to choose from (with 26 different customizable zones). It also outputs a pretty good amount of light (480 lumens I believe) per bulb. The only pain point is the price - it's a lot of money for such a small light. Not gonna lie, I tried the Sengled and Hue candle bulbs first because they were much less expensive, however I was not impressed in comparison.

I needed some light bulbs to put on the right and left of my turntable and since the rest of my lights are Lifx when I saw that they released a smaller bulb I instantly went and bought it. The colors on this bulb is crazy. You can change each location of the bulb to be a different color and it looks insane. I would definitely recommend.

Works well, easy to connect, lots of options to animate or choose a single color, and dimmable... I use it as a night light in the dining room with it scheduled. Lost one star for a little $$.Almost all my lights are LIFX. Love the ability to schedule and adjust to my mood.
The isolation of colors and all the effects these lights create is nothing short of amazing, there's no reason not to buy these or other lifx bulbs. The only issue I've had (and it's few and far between) is with the app. Sometimes if you leave the lights on with effects going for extended periods of time, they'll fall out of sync and one or more light will go off and do some random effect while one stays how you want.Just keep the app and software updated and you shouldn't have any issues.
These a great and the painting effect makes it pretty unique.I'd recommend these lights as accent lighting, it's a nice bedside lamp for reading too. If you wanted to light up an entire room I think you'd need some kinda chandelier of sorts.I love the morphing and flame effects and hope Lifx continues to add more.I own a few Z strips and the tile. I found it much easier to add them as a new accessory on Home Kit first using QR Code on the last page of the instructions and then finish adding it in the Lifx app.A tip though since the bulb is E12, you might want to look up some adapters so they fit more lamp styles.
New firmware and app means the bulb no longer works with Alexa and it cannot even connect to their LIFX app! Let that sink in. Their own product does not work with their new app and has not for MONTHS. And with no fix in sight. Stay away from this expensive train wreck until they fix their app. What good is the bulb if it does not work.
The lifx candle its officially my favourite bulb in their range of products. It dazzles, it swirls, it moves like Jagger (I may be embellishing a bit on that last point). I enjoy the granular control over mixing colours and seeing more real to life effects. I have a bunch of lifx lighting and seeing the candle and fire effect come to life on this bulb is something of a experience. There is simply no comparison.Make no mistake, this is an accent bulb so if it's lumens you're after, look elsewhere. I've seen several sources claim about 600~ max lumens and I'd firmly agree with those estimates.Overall, it works as intended. If you've seen video reviews or demos, it may be the missing piece to brighten up a little corner of your world. On top of that it integrates well with Alexa, Google Home, or Apple Homekit.I searched absolutely everywhere for this bulb, by stroke of luck I managed to get it here (Box). Bought it at a very respectable price and it was delivered next day. You've earned yourself a new customer!
Great bulb. I like being able to use multiple colors at once. Can be a little difficult to find a good lamp to showcase it but when you do it looks awesome. I do wish it had an E26 base though. Seeing how it's a bit large for a candelabra bulb and many people on here are using adapters (myself included). Price is also a little steep for a novelty bulb, but it is a new technology so it is understandable. Overall, it works great and there is nothing on the market like it, so I highly recommend it.
Great product for showing off to family and friends, a few compatibility issues with more modern 5GHz Wifi systems and setup can be a pain if you dont want to use apple homekit (We use Alexa) it does work eventually but some patience is required to setup every bulb. Each bulb is its own WiFi end point, unlike the Phillips system which runs a seperate "closed" control system over a Hub.Once setup you have access to a lot of clever routines and a range of different colours and patters, even animations. You can use voice control to dim change colour ect,You need to leave your light switch on all the time, it takes some getting used to!Would reccomend.
