We bought this carrier due to all the great reviews. However, it just doesn’t really work for us. First of all, it’s hard to buckle up without someone else’s help since the buckle is on the back, maybe I’m not flexible enough. Secondly, it’s kind of a little big for our baby, whenever we have the baby on, her legs look pretty spread out even when we try to fold the bottom of the carrier as instructed. Maybe it works better for bigger babies. Thirdly, even though we bought the mesh version, we didn’t really feel the difference in coolness during summer and fall. Fourth, its price is also on the higher end. The only good thing about this is that it has some back support which helps a ton when I get backaches easily from standing and carrying the baby.

Oh my gosh where to start, I love the cushiony padding on the leg part. It’s very comfortable for my 5 month old. The one layer mesh is so cool, my baby sweats a lot. We went to the zoo in south Texas and it was warm, she was able to keep cool and didn’t sweat as much if any! It’s also so light I don’t feel the weight of my baby. It’s honestly my absolute favorite! I can’t stop wearing it. I also get a ton of compliments, I wear a lot of black so it’s like a pop of color and it helps my outfits look more stylish to match my baby. I also love the mesh on the padding I mean hello!! This sweaty mom really appreciates it!! All in all it’s most definitely a 10 and I want more of the DLX carriers!!

I bought this 10 months ago, a few weeks before my first child was born. It took a lot of time and research before I decided to go with a Lillebaby and then quite a bit more time before I decided to get the Airflow. I live in Chicago and this carrier is great for our fluctuating weather extremes; even in winter, all you have to do is bundle baby up or wear a babywearing coat and the Airflow, combined with mom's body heat, keeps the baby cozy and warm. There are many reasons to like this carrier: I got the black, so it hides stains well. It has a convenient zipper pocket that can hold car keys, a small wallet, etc. It has a hood that can provide sun protection for baby, be used as a nursing cover while the baby is in the carrier, or be tucked away into its own little ... It has a convenient zipper pocket that can hold car keys, a small wallet, etc. It has a hood that can provide sun protection for baby, be used as a nursing cover while the baby is in the carrier, or be tucked away into its own little pocket. What sold me on this brand vs other brands was 1) not only how well padded it is, but the fact that it has lumbar support built in. I've been seeing a chiropractor for chronic neck/shoulder pain for years, so anything that makes things easier on my spine is a plus. 2) No infant insert is needed...one less thing to buy! 3) The Airflow's mesh material keeps you cooler than most carriers. A couple minor annoyances: 1) When my husband wasn't around to help, it was difficult to keep my daughter in place while I snapped the buckle between my shoulder blades. There's a convenient pull-strap to tighten the carrier once it's buckled (which is great) but alas, holding baby with one hand while snapping the 2 pieces together with my other hand is a difficulty with any non-wrap carrier. Especially difficult when you have "mom thumb" aka tendonitis. The other annoyance was that my daughter was born at 7 lbs 6 oz and couldn't use this carrier until she wasover 2 months old because she'd basically be smothered in it, despite the great head support. She didn't really like being in a carrier at all until she could support her own head and enjoy the scenery around her. Again, that's an issue that would arise with any carrier of this style, regardless of brand. My daughter is nearing 9 months old now and loves being in a carrier. She still likes to face me, but I look forward to trying out the forward-facing option soon. This is the best carrier I've used and I recommend it wholeheartedly!

I’ve had a Lillebaby organic for a couple months, but wanted to try the airflow because of the summer heat. The fit is good on the smallest arm settings, but I can see how some people smaller than me (5’5”, 140) may need to cross cross the back for a tighter fit. Ease of use is amazing… just clip at the waist and snuggle baby up. We hiked in 70-80 degree temps for 4+ Hours and baby’s back didn’t get hot. The leg holes aren’t as easy on baby as other materials if he’s in a onesie, but if he has in pants or shorts, it’s fine. It’s comparable to the material of mesh crib bumpers. I also use a solly baby and boba wraps. The boba wrap and lille baby carriers see my favorites!
You NEED this carrier! Like most, my mom uniform consists of so much black and athleisure. This carrier coordinates perfectly with the majority of my outfits, and fits my active lifestyle. I love the outdoors and I love carrying my baby. As you can see she’s not tiny anymore; she’s 14 months old and around 25 pounds now, and TALL. This carrier supports her size perfectly! The DLX airflow from lillebaby was JUST released in Feb 2022; and offers thinner mesh for more airflow, more padding for baby’s legs, more streamlined straps (so less bulk, same comfort!), and a GORGEOUS color way. This carrier still offers a narrow seat setting for babies who aren’t yet wearing 12-18 mo pants or so; so it works great for newborns through young toddler age. Narrow seat is also ... I planned to wear my baby way before he arrived and researched all types and brands of wraps and carriers extensively! I landed on Lillebaby because of all the features. Loved all the different ways to carry and the longevity of use. Decided on the all seasons complete because of the zip down mesh back panel and sun/rain cover because I live in Florida and the weather is unpredictable. No one pulled this off my baby registry so after my son was born, I changed my mind and went with the Complete airflow because I read multiple reviews from users in FL and TX that advised the all over mesh was better than the original for hot weather. It arrived and I was literally having to carry my son to pick this off the porch and open it immediately. My son currently hates to be ... It arrived and I was literally having to carry my son to pick this off the porch and open it immediately. My son currently hates to be anywhere but our arms and I can’t get anything done. One hour with this and I felt confident to take on lunch, laundry, even get dressed and sort some items around the house. It’s not going to allow you to get everything done. No climbing ladders or constant bending over but just walking about with more than what I can grasp with one hand and make fewer trips between rooms. I absolutely love the structure - everything is easy to adjust and fit to me. It does feel bulky now but my son is only 8 lbs now and I expect this will be strong enough once he’s larger. This was the only carrier I found that had safety straps in case the clips come undone - one of my favorite features and really the deciding factor once I was ready to choose a carrier. Watched lots of videos before trying it on to ensure I was wearing it properly and knew how to keep my son safe and comfortable. The color is beautiful! Can’t imagine I’ll need another carrier besides this one but if I do (perhaps a backup for wash day) than I will stick with this brand for sure!
This carrier is so soft and comfortable and breathable for baby. I absolutely love the print! It will be perfect for the warmer months with one of the main features being the single layer mesh. I also love the extra padding around the seat for baby's legs. Super comfortable for both parent and child. I am a mom of three and have baby worn using Lillebaby carriers for all three! The design and softness of the carrier just make the baby wearing experience so effortless. I would highly recommend this carrier!
I bought that this about a month ago for our newborn who is now 3 months. For a product that advertised airflow/ventilation in a carrier, it still gets very warm. It doesn't keep you and baby as cool as I expected. Also the buckle straps are difficult to use, the one around the waste is super tight, and I have to put a lot of extra effort into tugging it to tighten it. Also the side buckles and straps are not so convenient to tighten or buckle when you're wearing it with baby in front, it's always a bit of an awkward struggle to get situated. Also we are not confident what we are supposed to do with his feet as a newborn, we didn't find useful instruction about carrying him with his feet in the pocket. I do think as he gets a little bigger his legs will be able to ... MoreI bought that this about a month ago for our newborn who is now 3 months. I do think as he gets a little bigger his legs will be able to be spread open more to match the carrier, but right now it's pretty awkward. This is all comparing to another carrier we bought for $35 on Amazon. However, we do like that the LILLEbaby carrier appears to be significantly more comfortable for baby than the other carrier we used. For the price, I expected it to be a lot more easy to use.
I have four carriers - an ergo, a boba, a solly weak and now this airflow. The ergo was way too bulky on my 5’2 petite frame. My 7 week old immediately hated it. The boba I used 9 years ago and liked it but didn’t love it. The solly wrap is excellent BUT murdered my back, shoulders and waist carrying around my infant who wanted to sleep in it for 3-4 hours. I was desperate for a carrier that would let me carry my son for naps. I ordered this based on a friend’s recommendation. When I say this carrier saves my life, I’m not exaggerating. My son loves it and I am no longer in pain. My kid decided he hates the stroller now and I actually strapped on the carrier and walked on the treadmill to get my steps in while he naps. I use this carrier at least twice per day, for an hour plus. I don’t regret spending the money at all and believe it was fully worth it. The pocket is perfect size for my iPhone. My only complaint is that this would still get hot in warm weather. I need to figure out how this will work at the beach. The zipper pocket is good for putting my phone.
This carrier really outdoes the older line of LÍLLÉbaby carriers! It’s so breathable, which makes babywearing on warm days so much more comfortable. Also, since you layer up yourself and littles in the cold, it is great airflow for babywearing in cold temps too, albeit not being an all seasons carrier. The snap hood can be a pain because it is more likely to come undone with a rowdy baby. But it’s not a factor that would detour me from all the other awesome features. The color of Shibori is sooo cute, and tie dye is so in. The thin straps is just GAH! Amazing. Even my dad loved babywearing my little in it, when we went on a walk on an unusually warm day in February.
