As I use an oiled air filter (K&N), it's important to ensure the air flow and temperature sensors are kept clean from fine oil spray deposits. This product worked very well, quickly, and dried in about 15 minutes. Should last me many services. This product can be used on other sensors too, though check before using of course :)

Was experiencing a weird idle issue and error codes led back to the MAF, Thought I'd give this cleaner a try before spending 300+ on a new Audi Maf, didn't expect much or any miracles but product seems to do as advertised and cleans the sensor, after using the spray cleaner you could see discoloured liquid pour out from the maf. Didn't cure my issue but will keep whats leftover in the can for future use. Good to have on hand when you do need it.

Been using a MAF cleaner every time I change the air filter on my 350,000k Pajero. Always used the same brand. Saw Liqui-Moly MAF cleaner at Supercheap and thought why not as I'd run out off the other brand. Don't know if it's all in my head but the seat of my pants tells me the Pajero has a little extra grunt.
I actually use it to clean overhead fishing while I’m servicing them with a clean and fresh lubrication! Top gear!!

Trying to get my Daughters Hyundai Tiburon to run smoothly. Bought this to clean the MAFS. Did exactly as it says on the tin !!!
Suspected defective air mass meter Holden epica. Check engine light comes on and off. Disappeared after spraying this. Came back few days after. Now it’s offf. Must be something else. Fuel tank gas cap? At least it has been sprayed.
Although might seem to do general cleaning, it gets rid of accumulations and dries perfectly. Makes an immediate noticeable difference to idle and engine smoothness. Not much in the can, but it lasts about 3 cleans (1 clean per air filter change). Best to use this with each air filter change, but doing in between will still give noticeable difference.Such small things can effect engine idle and fuel economy, this repairs one area of many things in an engine that need regular service, so don't fully blame this cleaner if you still have bad economy and idle after use.
This is primarily isopropyl alcohol, and as a result it dries quickly and doesn't leave any residue (duh!). I can only assume it worked well, as it was mostly for routine maintenance as opposed to solving an issue.I used it to clean two sensors and it has many more left in it, even being pretty liberal. I also bought it because it was the cheaper option, so it also has that going for it.
