This is the best friend when kids have blocked nose. We have been using this for years for our kids. Even after a big day out when they have dust etc in their nose, we use this to clear the same esp during night so that they can sleep well.

It's pretty good. I have this within arms reach as my poor little premmie has a blocked nose so it definitely helps. But you have to have your baby upright otherwise the spray doesn't work.

Great for clearing my bubs stuffy nose during these chilly nights. As much as he hates it...it does work! I recommend buying the pack that includes the bulb to suck out the snot :P
Suggested by our doc during dreaded winter season. Not actually sure it does a great deal to ease symptoms, but our toddler does sneeze after application so all the gunk comes out.
