Logitech Combo Touch For iPad Pro 11" - Sand

After considering the Apple magic keyboard and some other comparable products, I chose the Logitech combo touch and have no regrets. It is seamless to use and I love how the keyboard is detachable (with a sturdy magnetic connection) leaving the iPad protected in a tidy, fairly slim case with a handy kickstand. No issues fitting a glass screen protector with it (like I imagine most cases). My only gripe is that it can be a little difficult to ‘open’ the case (like you would a laptop). The trackpad is great and the back-lit keys look very clean. Would buy again.

Disappointed

The keyboard works great, but I found I don’t use it much. Two main problems I have 1) if you don’t use the keyboard much and handle the iPad without the keyboard attached the two narrow parts of the case that cover the speakers stretch and very quickly extend off the iPad. It looks crappy and will continue to get worse given how quickly they stretched. 2) the fold down stand sits flush and it’s not easy to open quickly as is feels almost the same as the other side that does not fold. Makes it hard to open by feel alone. For the price these two issues show that the design and build has not been thought through.

This keyboard case exceeded my expectations. I'm really happy that Havrey Norman offered this colour option (Sand). It is such a pretty colour - a combination of brown and grey. I liked that the case is detachable and that the keypad is a pleasure to type on. It's almost as good, if not even better than the Magic Keyboard!

Logitech Combo Touch Case Keyboard

I love the fact that it is a compact keyboard and good case and it pulls apart easily. However after 10 days the “R” key fell out. I googled how to fix it but I couldn’t do it. Took it back to JBHIFI who were brilliant and replaced the keyboard/case - so far so good with the replacement item.

My iPad Pro laptop

Extremely pleased with it. It’s transformed my iPad Pro into a laptop and utilising all the features available on the iPad Pro and made it much easier to type of course and as well as using the track pad I am using the Magic Mouse from my iMac.

Perfect accessory for iPad Pro

Just perfect to enhance your productivity with this keyboard. I wish there is a pouch to hold the pencil securely than just magnetically.

Quality case which adds utility to your iPad

Nice look and feel. The kick-stand is sturdy enough that it works in many positions reliably. The keyboard attaching mechanism is convenient as you can easily detach it.

So far so good.

So far, it is sturdy, but it can be very difficult to open the keyboard from the iPad; I don't have long or strong nails. However, I have extremely high hopes, considering the old standard Logitech keyboards would lose keys at the drop of a hat despite the care I take looking after them. Time will only tell if this will be any different. The only reason I didn't get the rugged case as they haven't seemed to make them for the 11" pro yet. It was extremely expensive, though. Only time will tell if it's worth the price point.
