Purchased this today and couldn't get it to work for an hour. Mouse worked straight away on my old Logitech driver. Keyboard DOA. Closer inspection the positive battery tabs were set too far back to allow connection. Got the tweezers in there, bent them out a little, works flawlessly now. Inconvenient for an otherwise nice feeling product. Mouse has a horrible feel to it, left and right click has no feedback or recognition of use. Went straight back to the old logitech mouse.

A fairly good keyboard and mouse set considering the price paid. The keyboard is quite heavy and seems sturdy enough. The keys are acceptable. Very similar in feel to a MacBook. Be aware the mouse is a little small and may not suit everyone. I find it's comfortable and the size is ok. This set doesn't use a unifying receiver, so if you lose the dedicated nano receiver your mouse and keyboard become shelf decorations. Again for the price paid I found that trade acceptable.

It was worth $50 to me. No Caps or Num LED indicator. You will have to set up your audible caps indicator within Microsoft Windows if that is what you are using. For a full keyboard with a numbers pad, this is ergonomic and feels nonintrusive as far as space goes. Of course, it's on a large desk in our office. The mouse is different. This is not a mouse that you can rest your palm upon. With your wrist rested on the mouse pad, you'll be using your fingers to move this one around. I LOVE the look and size and feel of the keyboard. But I have had several issues with it since purchasing and it's really been frustrating. It took several calls with Customer Support to get it fixed. Definitely not happy spending the amount of time I did just to use a keyboard. The "multi-function" is more of an annoyance than anything. Still can't get the icons on the F1 buttons to be default. Even though I WAS able to previously. Took several times to get the "-" key not to bring me back to desktop sign-in screen. I wish it were just a normally functioning keyboard, like the ones I've always had from Logitech. Frustrating for sure...
I have used this keyboard & mouse for about 12mths. This is the most ergonomic keyboard & mouse I have ever used. HOWEVER many times I have had issues with the bluetooth which is very temperamental. When the bluetooth is not working well the keyboard & mouse will not respond as you like. Sometimes this means 2-5 clicks before the mouse will click or it means words are not typed when you want it to type & there is a delay which then messes up your typing.I have had to connect a less desirable slimline HP keyboard which has the reliability of a chord (not bluetooth) & I have the HP mouse connected via chord as well. The HP mouse is not very ergonomic but its connected as a last resort when the logi bluetooth mouse plays up. Had this set for less than 3 months.Great keyboard but it's difficult to keep typing when the mouse is constantly clicking. You really have to make a focused effort to leave the mouse where there are no button.Horrendous if you're trying to write an important email or adding notes to a database because it can delete the page or send the email off without you being able to do anything about it. Changed batteries, still has the same problem.Struggled to write this review because it kept highlighting everything.Defective.
I bought this in July 2021 when we’d been working from home on and off and I was sick of taking my equipment to and from work. I also had a tiny home desk and was sick of all the cords!!I looked into lots of lower price ranged Bluetooth keyboard and mice combos and decided on this one. Wasn’t the cheapest option but I think it’s been the best value!! It’s worked without fail for 2 years and works on any computer I use it on, even my MacBook or PC. The keyboard and mouse both feel so ergonomic and are my favourite to use of any keyboard I’ve ever tried! The little USB that makes the connection is so small and doesn’t take up any space. Also has a great little storage spot in the keyboard so you never lose it!
