This is a great option for baking if you use alternative flours. Superfine texture. Love it
This is Almond Meal nor Flour and definitely NOT superfine, in fact, it is very coarse. I bought it for my macaron shells and was quite disappointed with how coarse it is, so di dnot use it. Other than that, it is just norm,al almond meal, but don't pay extra for the "superfine" bit, as it is not.
Love the quality of the product for the price I paid for. Would definitely buy some more in the future.
