Luxe Bidet Neo 185 - Self-Cleaning, Dual Nozzle, Non-Electric Bidet Attachment for Toilet Seat, Adjustable Water Pressure, Rear and Feminine Wash

I really liked this at first but after about 6 mos the dials broke. They are plastic with chrome finish and with regular use not sturdy. Have not been able to find replacements. Despite the flow control dial, the water pressure even on the lowest one can literally cause a sore it’s so strong. I had to turn to cleaning dial on part way so some of the water was draining in the toilet and then it was bearable on the lowest water pressure setting. I can’t imagine someone putting it on the Med setting. Could do some serious damage!

Bidet is a fantastic addition to bathroom

This may be my favorite household purchase ever; a genuine life changer!Took me 20 minutes to install. I am a 66 year old female and have no plumbing experience but I used to fix computers, can follow instructions and I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express once. The model I received is a White Neo 185 and it came with a metal T-adapter, all necessary hoses and two cute plastic wrenches which certainly did the job. Then I started with the hose connections including the one to the bidet, taking my time with the threading especially plastic to metal - they're tricky and need patience. I didn't use the teflon tape. Hand-tightened first, then installed the bidet itself and toilet seat (*note below), checked for leaks and finished tightening all the hose connections.My water pressure is not extra strong but the stream out of the bidet is at first quite alarming. You get used to it. "Male" and "female" streams seem to be on target (if you get my meaning) and the control has a satisfying clicky feel to let you know it is registering the correct position (Nozzle Cleaning-Wash-Women). Setting the pointer between Wash and Women seems to produce a gentler stream, if that helps.*Note: I did need to replace my toilet seat as the existing one was very curvy and would not sit at all well over the bidet attachment. Any flat design would work I think. I also got the extra toilet seat bumpers and may install them to have the seat more level but they are not really needed.

Easy installation. Works as advertised. All I did was follow the instructions and I had it installed in less than 20 minutes. It would've been even quicker except for one of the two plastic screws holding the toilet seat in place was banged up and made it that much harder to take apart. The only extra expense was for toilet seat bumpers to make up for the gap caused by the bidet. It's the only thing not included that I think most people need. I got them for a little over $3.00 at Walmart. If you've been wanting to try a bidet at home or if you already know the difference it makes then I would suggest that this is the model for you. Good product but Irresponsible Luxe Company

Product works great once properly installed. However, the company is highly irresponsible in sending an all-metal t-valve fully knowing that many toilets have a plastic valve coming out of the toilet tank. After 3 times of trying to tighten the metal onto plastic and still getting major water leak/mess, I ended up breaking the toilet valve. This led to my ordering a hybrid t-valve from luxe and a $100 repair from plumber plus getting plumber to install bidet attachment. Plumber used liquid teflon instead of the teflon tape, which made for leak-free connections in all three places. Don't be deceived by the ease of installation shown on utube videos. Get a professional plumber to install and it will save you a lot of frustration and heartache. Now that mine is ... MoreProduct works great once properly installed. I absolutely love the Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet. It was surprisingly easy to install. The only problem was leaking at the metal attachment where it connected to the attachment threaded on to the control panel. All that was needed to remedy the leak was a little plumbing tape wrapped on the threaded end of the control panel water connection. The plumbing tape was conveniently included in the packet with clear instructions entailing the use to prevent leakage that absolutely solved the leakage. The unobtrusive control panel where the user can activate and adjust the water pressure is very user friendly in that it may be adjusted readily with a slight turn of the knob that indicates clearly the place for women's needs and the other indicates “wash” for the man ... MoreI absolutely love the Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet. There is a handle that controls the hot or cold water with a simple turn and the water pressure is controlled simply by pushing up or down on the handle. I decided to not hook up the hot water to the Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet controls. There was an available cap that said it was to be used to cap off the hot water connection. The reason that I didn't use the hot water connection is because it takes too long for the water to get hot in my downstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is the one that I use in order not to have to climb the stairs. The Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet creates a very refreshing clean that surpasses any other bathroom experience that I have ever had. There is never any flakes of toilet paper left behind because the use of the Luxe Bidet completely cleans and refreshes. The built in cover, nozzle guard gate, opens and closes so that the nozzles are covered and protected from any debris. It is in a convenient area in the back of the toilet bowl where it can easily be opened to provide clear spray accessibility. I would like to reiterate that this product keeps me feeling refreshed throughout my day. The Luxe Bidet Neo Toilet Seat Bidet is the best product that I could have ever used/reviewed!

The self0cleaning setting is great and I use it before and after each use for a few seconds. I always start with the standard clean setting on high, then I'll switch over to the female setting on low for a few seconds at the end. I have never felt fresher and cleaner... I'll never go back to paper again if I can keep from it. You wouldn't use dry paper to clean any other part of your body, you would use water. Your backside deserves the same treatment. I plan to get one of these for every toilet in my house. It's also a bit like a massager and great for anyone with medical issues or sensitivities. The only downside is that you might stay on the toilet longer due to how relaxing the massage action is. I rarely write reviews, but I had to share my experience with this item. You will love it. I highly recommend it.

Should Have Purchased Years Ago..

This LUXE Bidet attachment is great. Easy to install. Only takes a few minutes and the tools needed come in the box. I purchased this on a recommendation from a cousin of mine that started saying to me "You make think it is silly but I love my Bidet Attachment" So I bought one, Installed it, and gave it a try. I was worried that since only cold water was used it may be a little shocking at first . It was no problem. I hate to say but I have hemorrhoids and when using toilet tissue it irritates them and makes them worse. The water stream from the Bidet helps tremendously, no irritation and you feel cleaner. It should pay for itself in saving on toilet tissue. I recommend this product and will buy another from my second bathroom.

I just finished installing and testing the Luxe 185 that I bought from BBuy. I was impressed that very tool you will need is included except whatever tool(s) you may need to remove and reinstall your toilet set. The braided stainless steel hose has a unique, cleverly-designed sliding tool built onto it to tighten the different sized nuts on each end. There are even 2 plastic open-end wrenches with 2 different nut sizes on each. It was a quick installation.It comes with clear, easy to follow instructions and a registration card to extend the warranty to 2 years and give you 20% off your next Luxe purchase.I bought this because I have a hemorrhoid problem. I can handle any discomfort if it gets the job done, and it sure seems to fit that bill. I would prefer more of a flatter or multi-stream, softer spray, but I’m sure the designers tested all options.I showed it to my wife after I installed it as I knew she would disagree with the purchase. As expected, she thought it was another ridiculous gadget. We’ll see if she’s brave enough to try it soon. We are both in our late 60s.

I got this on sale and used a $10 reward credit so I only paid $30 for it. Had to replace my toilet seat, which I thought I would have to going into it, and purchase bumpers so this was not a surprise. There are no real adjustments to speak of. I do have good water pressure, but tries to feather it back in an attempt to gain full function of the wash pressure dial adjustment weren’t really successful. I ended up just using it with full pressure, so I only have to turn the dial a small way for it to pretty much come to full pressure, so it requires full attention during use or undesirable result could occur. The primary function is limited by the fact that there is no angle adjustment.
