As a sufferer of nocturnal cramp, magnesium supplement is part of the normal medication protocol. My GP recommended up to 2 tablets 3 times a day. It is the difference between a good night sleep or broken sleep. This brand is significantly cheaper than the original manufacturer including postage.

Moved back to NZ in August 2023 after working for 8 years in the Pilbara. My Pilbara doctors had recommended that I take 2 x Mag-Sup tabs daily, which I did. But I was unable to buy these in NZ so I bought them through Chemist Warehouse AU on the internet. Great price and really fast delivery.
