Magimix Spiral Expert Kit 17501

I haven't had the opportunity to try this yet, the necessary parts are still on their way to me, but I can report that Magimix customer service have been very helpful in getting the spiral expert and required bowl to me. Following my feedback they have changed the description on the website so that it's clear which model the spiral expert will work with.

Bought this to fit my Magimix 5200XL. I found the lid to be an extremely tight fit to the point where once I had tightened it on, I really struggled to get it off again. Think its going to be a complete waste of money as I dont think Ill be able to send it back as the bowl has a slightly orange tinge from the carrots I spiralled. Any tips or suggestions would be welcomed

Great product but wife actually prefers her cheap Amazon one as her Amazon one is in her words less smooshy! Magimix one uses whole courgette more efficient. Everything works as it should

Felt extravagant buying this but pleased I did! I use it regularly to prepare calorie healthy vegetables Easy to wash up Bit stiff to dismantle the cutters but that wouldn’t put me off

Compatibility wasn’t made too clear

I can’t review as it did not fit the Magimix model 3200XL that I own. It apparently works with the 2 other larger capacity Magimix models. I really really wanted this attachment and one of the reasons I bought the Magimix Food processor. I couldn’t return the 3200XL in exchange for larger model as I already had opened and used it. I gave 4 star rating as the return of the spiralizer attachment was processed quickly, as well as the refund.

Magimix Spiral Attachment

I got this as my Kitchenaid Spiralizer was not using all of the food and leaving large cores. If the veggie was a little softer it would destroy the veggie on the spindle. This attachment solves my problem. I love using it and it makes small zucchini noodles - almost angel hair. I love it.

Magimix Spiralizer 17501

I love my magimix 5200xl and was looking forward to Using the spirilizer kit. The lid is such a tight fit that it takes me about half an hour to force it in place . I have only used it twice, the spirilizing works perfectly, what use is this if the lid does not fit properly. I am worried that I will end up breaking the magimix Spiralizer working perfectly now. I contacted Magimix who suggested rubbing oil on both the rim of the lid and the base, problem solved

Magimix accessory

I was dubious about this accessory having had a bad experience with a manual spiralizer in the past. However it is very easy to use - there were no instructions in the box but were easily accessible via the Lakeland website. Cleaning is very easy with a brush and presents little danger of injury. It is easily stored in a cupboard, taking up little space. All in all an excellent addition to kitchen equipment.

Spiraling to Perfection!

Magimix's Spiral Expert attachment is a game changer for our veggie meal prep! After figuring out a few tips, our zucchini and other vegetables are so uniformly spiralized. It's so fast and effective, and it's super easy to clean as long as we clean it right after using it. Great product, Magimix!
