I have purchased a number of Makita products in the past. In general, Makita produces good quality products, but I noticed that the plastic they are using now seems to be more flimsy than they used in the past.Overall, I am satisfied with this DGA508Z 5 inch grinder.

No qualms about the product. No Australian warranty could be a glitch but it is Makita and it certainly works that way

Makita is a good brand, 5 inch cordless grinder is a little bit heavy with the 5ah battery, but still good to use.
