Great unit and had no problems drilling thru double pressed and fired clay floor tiles (30mm thick) @12mm dia. Just charged the first batt after drilling/driving about 100 deck screws and 10 sq m of roofing after the 10 masonary holes. So glad I bought it and it will last for years
