Great tool. Scored a 4 because I’ve noticed that it is sometimes difficult to remove the bit. However a quick change of direction seems to resolve this.
Excellent machine, made light work of screwing heavy duty sleepers together without the need for pilot holes. Very important to buy good impact bits capable of handling this drivers power.First class service from Powertoolworld again.
Excellent quality product that will give me many years of service
Build quality and design is very good -as you would expect from Makita. My son has used it to drive screws through some very thick timber fencing and and found it easy to use with bags of power. He liked the LED light and the fact that something so compact and light could be so powerful. I might get to use it yet!
I purchased a Makita DTD153ZJ 18v LXT Cordless Brushless Impact Driver Body Only In Makpac Carry Case which were competitively priced and the Impact Driver fitted well in the Carry Case. Like all Makita Power Tools the Impact Driver was well made, solid and excellent to use.
