The author has written this book well. Matter of fact but with a bit of "I really want to get this idea across, but without being boring" type book. I've not read the book in its entirety; however, from what I have read, it really explains the functions of the Vortex very well. It tells you what the functions do so that you can adapt your recipes to cook them in it. Do I like it? Yes, I do.
