Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Foundation - Classic Ivory

This powder definitely has to be one of my favorites!! It sets in perfectly and gets rid of the excess shine. It really tops of the foundation I use 128 shade Maybelline matte foundation as well. It pairs perfectly together and the benefit being that it's oil free as well makes it even more perfect. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good magnifying powder. A little goes a long way definitely don't overdo with this powder as it will start to look very heavy on the skin. A little definitely does the job to get it all set in and your base looking flawless before u go in with contour blush etc. It's an absolutely amazing product that I've been using for a long time now and recommend to everyone.

I decided to try the Maybelline fit me mat press powder because I was getting kind of sick of my usual brand and wanted to change. I purchased it and I do like it however I find that it doesn't give medium to full coverage like I like. It's a press powder but it seems a lot more powdery than creamy at all which is not something I personally like. To me it just seems like a powder that you would put on after a foundation. It is matte and doesn't leave a shine but like I said the only thing is it doesn't give coverage like I would like. They do have several different shades that are available for every skin tone and it's a fairly good value. I would recommend this makeup to anyone who just needs a light coverage for a short period of time.

I’ve use this powder for many years to the point where I always hit pan every single time I use them, and I’m about to hit pan as you see in the pictures. It’s a really great powder if you just want a very light coverage finish and it doesn’t the job. It also comes with a little cute sponge inside but I unfortunately lost it so it’s not in my container. if you are more neutral toned, I recommend getting my shade which is classic ivory. It is also great for oily skin and for someone who has struggled with oily skin for very long time it definitely does help my skin not look as oily. Maybelline Fit Me line has been around for quite some time now. I have owned the Dewy version and the Matte version of this foundation. They are both pretty good foundations. Especially for the price point! The coverage of this foundation is medium to full coverage as it layers very well without causing noticeable or patchy areas. The matte part of it works for sure especially if you have naturally oily skin. Wear time is excellent. I always wear a setting powder and setting spray as well with it as I would any liquid foundation. No oxidation seems to really happen over time, which is always a plus. Amazing powder!

I have combo or oily skin (depending on the weather/season) and my makeup products have always been concealer and powder. I used to wear powder foundation, but the last several years had switched to Revlon Color Stay powder. However, this Maybelline powder blew that out of the water. It's so much smoother and helps smooth some of the texture I have from acne, acne scars, and pores. It also stays on really well throughout the day and I feel it controls oil better than any other powder I've tried. Because of how well it performs and the price, I can forgive the small size of the product. I like the way it applies with both a brush and the sponge it comes with and alternate between the two depending on the amount of coverage I need or the area of my face. Gave us sores on the face. Horrible rash!

I bought this for two of my children who perform on stage regularly, hoping for a clean makeup since it's required for their costumes. They each used this once, and broke out in a rash immediately the next day, after removing (not wearing overnight). I tried once more thinking it must be the makeup remover, and one child popped out with sores all over his face (normally perfectly clear skin) and my other child woke up with flaking off skin, wrinkled and dry! I tried using some on my chin and broke out with huge pussing pimples the next day (I am 41). When I tried to return the makeup, was told I have to do it in the store. No online returns. For a $7 makeup? Definitely going in the trash. No way this is okay.

Love this foundation

I brought this foundation about 12 months ago, so testing for a while to make sure I liked before I wrote a review. I am 38 and wear it 5 days a week. I have normal to dry skin type with redness across my t-zone and nose. This does a great job at smoothing and blurring any redness on my face and it does not dry my skin out. It has a medium coverage and works best on me applied with fingers. What I like best is the smooth consistency and non heavy feel. I had wearing foundation's in the past and it feels like your wearing a mask. This does not have that heavy feeling, it's smooth and light on the skin. Made my skin look orange

First of all, I love the formula of this foundation. It blends nicely & made my skin look smooth. It's matte but didn't dry out my face or cling to any smaller dry patches. It's medium coverage so if you want a more full coverage foundation I wouldn't get this. I didn't love the lid/cap. There's no pump or stick for application, it's just a pretty big opening after you remove the lid. It's really easy to spill but it's not that big of a deal for me personally. My only issue with this is it made my face look orange? Online & even in person it looked like my shade. I applied it on the back of my hand first just to make a comparison to my actual skin and it looked normal & like a good match. Terrific product

I am in love with this product. I love the matte+poreless liquid foundation as well, and I got this in the same shade (classic ivory). I should note, it is a tiny bit lighter in color than the liquid (which for me was fine). I would say it’s light/medium coverage, but buildable. I was looking for a powder foundation bc summer in my hometown is sweltering, and I have oily skin. This product is incredible! I absolutely love it. I wish like anything that it was around when I was a teen. It’s very easy to use, so very beginner friendly, but also extremely effective. I use it with some concealer and it looks great. The applicator is great, although I do recommend going over it with a big brush just to make sure it’s all smoothed out. And btw, it’s great for oil control. ... MoreI am in love with this product. great for dry skin

I love to use this foundation in winter when my skin is really dry.it's one of the rare foundations that looks good on my dry skin, feels moisturizing and doesn't cling to dry patches.after they discontinued Bobby Brown Moisture Rich, this was the best option I could find to replace my beloved wintertime foundation.I use a damp sponge to blend it which gives me light to medium coverage and a gorgeous luminous finish.I have it in shade 120-classic ivory which is much darker than the pictures here and I'd call it a light-medium shade with warm undertone. I believe the biggest Con is that this foundation doesn't work on hot and humid days, not a good choice for oily skin either.
