Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student

Never heard of Digital Maze prior to this purchase, though I wish I had. I did a quick review of them, including BBB review (which is young but excellent). I decided to pull the trigger and purchase and I am glad I did. Within minutes of purchase I had an email containing a link to my product with download instructions. As an extra step of precaution, since I was purchasing a Microsoft product, I verified the product code on Microsoft's website instead of downloading through Digital Maze. The code was perfect and my product was downloaded with ZERO issues. I now know the first place I will be checking in the future for software purchases.

I was very disappointed with the process for purchasing, downloading, and installing this software. As I followed the instructions, a warning popped up from the MS Store asking if I wanted to continue. If I continued I could damage my computer it said, else I would have to stop the installation! Say what? What kind of option is that? A 15 process ended up taking over an hour.

Although I purchased this product and despite multiple attempts to install it, i have had no success. The supply provided by MicroSoft has been minimal and ineffective. I will make one more attempt but have little confidence. If this last attempt is not successful, i will expect my money back. At this point, i am totally unimpressed.

A big difference from Office 2007 !!

The idea of buying a suite program with nothing you can hold in your hand, was hard to grasp. And , then when I had bought it , there was no instructions how get the downloaded suite working. I found it on my laptop, after a bit of searching, and then found myself in the unfamiliar microsoft website. Again not obvious how to get it functioning for my use . Managed eventually . A lot of wasted time for those not 'following' every M/soft advancement , which have been numerous.

An easy way to purchase Office Home & Student 2019

Purchasing the digital product key was a simple and straightforward process. The license key was provided by return email very promptly. Once the Office software had been downloaded from the Microsoft site it was simply a matter of entering the license key and the job was completeThe cost of the license key was very reasonable and I would be happy to purchase from Softwareg.com.au again.

BAD

I use product key in the new laptop and tried to move the product to the new one and every time I tried to register it keeps on saying that the product key has been used. Whereas in the email it says that I can move the product along as long as I am using the same account.It is very misleading...I only get the chance to use the product for 1 day because the old laptop died, which I only get to register not even used at all just trial to see if the program actually works.What is the solution for this?

I love the whole package plus I need your help as Monday night just gone, my computer tower just totally died and I need the install to download help from you, so I can have it back on my computer for good The dying out was not expected plus all the facts that I bought it from you went in the old tower. Easy and simple to download. Good product

Download was fast and simple.Only issue was the product key did not come through.Ended up having to phone MS support for a activation key.All sorted out and activated.

Could not be happier....had a slight hiccup during setup...contacted customer support via chat...they immediately responded and fixed the issue. Have been using it without issue. Will definitely use this company for future needs!!!

Poduct Key for Windows 10

I am simply amazed that your offer of $29,99 AUD for the Product Key, Windows 10 wanted me to pay $199.00 AUD. It has given me exactly what needed to work on my project. I am disappointed the Windows Group were charging for Office Home and Student when previous versions were installed into the PCs. Since Bill Gated sold the company they're trying to get as much money as they can out of customers. This is definitely the last PC I will buy with Windows installed.
