I was looking into this laptop for a while and when it went on sale I had to get it! It’s light and easy to carry around and very quick to log into! It has great storage and very good functionalities! Only thing is, battery life is a bit shorter then mentioned, it was almost on full battery and had to plug it in after only 2 hours of using it

Got this Surface for my mom who wanted a smaller sized laptop. The 13.5 inch screen is perfect. The screen resolution and camera are excellent... much better than her previous laptop. Would recommend this laptop.

Bought this to replace an aging (2012) Satellite U845W that has been upgraded as far as tech would allow and WOW this makes the old one look like a turtle. Hit the power button and in no time at all it's at the login screen, and I don't know how I lived with a laptop without a touch screen, add a lot more functionality and *cough cough* if you don't care about the warranty then think about upgrading the M.2 SSD for more storage. Only think I wish it had was a SD slot for uploading pics from my DSLR when on vacation.

The laptop is nice, have no problems with it the mouse is very nice and easy to use. The touch screen is great, and the laptop is very light weight. I didn't wait over 5 days to receive laptop. Would recommend this purchase.

I’m not very happy with this purchase. It worked great for a few months but now it overheats all the time, hello sign in rarely works, the monitor display will go blurry sometimes, and I often have to do a hard reset to get it to turn on. I’ve had it for about 6 months and most of issues started about month ago. The diagnostics app never seems to find any issues either. I would not purchase the computer again nor would I recommend it to anyone.
I bought a surface pro about six months ago and since then it has been nothing but trouble. The fan is way too loud, the battery is shocking and when I have the computer on charge, the mouse pad doesn't work. After five months of very moderate personal use, half of the screen stopped working and was flashing green. When I spoke to microsoft they let me know that these laptops aren't sold with a physical warranty as standard. Not ideal for a product that cost over 1000 dollars. Save yourself the time and hassle and definitely don't buy one.
This laptop has a lot of pros and cons. One of the pros is the instant-on feature that lets you sign in in a quick second. It has facial recognition that is super handy when you need to log in real quick and they also made it extremely easy to change the SSD storage. If you are thinking of buying this computer, keep in mind that it is fairly expensive for what it is. My charge cord overheated and fried itself before 3 months of having it. I love this computer for its speed and I also very, such dislike it as it overheats whenever you do something that requires over 4 GB of ram I feel.
