The new Features of Windows 11 Professional Windows 11 includes excellent features that will make it easier to complete your activities and increase your productivity. These capabilities are mirrored in the start button, the ability to swiftly access applications, and the new addition Microsoft Teams. These characteristics will be explored more below. A new design with a central start button Microsoft removes the tiles in Windows 11 and replaces them with a Start button in the center of the taskbar. The fast launch bar, which was formerly located on the far left, is now similar to Apple's macOS. Overall, the new operating system Windows 11 Professional has a more basic and fresh appearance. Users may quickly access the most recently used files via the Start menu, thanks to the cloud connection and Microsoft 365, even if they were previously opened on an Android or iOS device. In addition, Microsoft is offering new sounds, icons, and backdrops. Faster Access to Programs and New Widgets Microsoft has added new widgets to its new operating system Windows 11 Professional. They can be used to show the most recent news from multiple news sources as well as weather information at a glance. An integrated AI (artificial intelligence) recognizes the user's preferences and personalizes the feed appropriately, according to Microsoft. For the first time, Microsoft introduces "Focus Mode," which can be engaged in the Watch app and allows for uninterrupted work. Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams has become an important communication tool for many people in the Corona pandemic - not least because of home offices. In Windows 11 Professional, the program is integrated directly into the taskbar, making it quicker to access. In the future, team services such as mute and screen sharing will be accessible right from the taskbar.

All parts where selected for specific purpose for this build which will be my Media Centre PC for my Home Theatre System once I get my gear set up. It's all new and running Windows 11 Professional as that's what I am generally use to, "Professional" that is. There is only one item I am still waiting on to arrive to complete this build which is a 3.5'' front mounted Memory Card Reader Writer unit. Though I am considering an extra 120 Fan for the case rear to add extra protection against over-heating, though unit is working great. Still learning my way around W11 as I only use to Windows XP & 7. But I enjoy this type of learning. Awesome.

Windows 11 GUI and menu changes from Windows 10 takes some getting used to especially if you are a power user and know how to tinker with Windows settings. The changes are an attempt to make the OS more user friendly. Unfortunately, for the best gaming experience, Windows is a necessary evil, and running the latest version is required for the latest features. When installing, Microsoft tries to force you to use a Microsoft online account instead of a local user account. There are ways around this. Also, Microsoft still attempts to install a bunch of spyware upon installation. You can opt out of all these things, but by default, they are all enabled.

Microsoft Windows 11 takes a little getting used to I must admit although after some tweaking it does the job for what most home users need and since I purchased the Professional , the start bar doesn't actually work like windows 10, you need to sort out the order of item categories carefully as all you have is "send to top" command to reorganize Start Bar to your liking. it's probably trying to be a tablet mode but not quite getting there. That said if you choose your categories' in lots of six in each row you can drag and drop them same as you would on a table. after you've sent each individual one to the top first. for the workings of windows 11 it's self it's operatable enough to satisfy most need we require. DON'T BOTHER - HALF-COOKED OS

Terrible! Replaced old workstation (Win10Pro-64bt, used for 6 years) with new. Bought new license for Win11 Pro-64. (Been doing this for 30+ years.) Major problems (among others): 1-Indexing: Deletes files, folders and indexes other in wrong places, misses others. Search & Indexing takes forever. TOTAL JOKE. Have lost uncountable hours of billable time dealing with this - going back to Win10 Pro. DO NOT BUY THIS OS AT THIS TIME is my opinion.

Great Software, Great Buying Experience
15 July 2022

I like Windows 11. The modern interface is really good. Performance is snappy. But best of all was the buying experience of SoftwareG. The license key was emailed within a minute or two. The activation process was easy and painless. License key activated without any hassles. I was also able to apply all updates and patches. Thank you, SoftwareG. You are my go-to for software license and I will certainly be back if need anything else. Now if we could only purchase Adobe license through SoftwareG, that would be awesome.

INVALID KEY - REFUND REQUESTED - SO FAR NOTHING!!!
5 April 2022

INVALID KEY - REFUND REQUESTED - SILENCE NOW FROM SELLER!!!! Well I purchased a Licence Key for Upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro. Key arrived very quick but would not activate. I contacted Microsoft directly and they checked the Key. The Key was not valid and not on their database. Requested a Full Refund (As Microsoft suggested) but like so many others - No refund given. First and last time using this Website. Microsoft asked me if I wanted them to investigate this case - I will get back to them and say Yes Please!! Disappointed as on face value - they have some really great prices but if they don't work - what's the point!!

Windows 11 Pro Woes
29 November 2021

I purchased this to upgrade a less than two year old Scan Built and Supplied PC. ALL checks stated that the PC met Windows 11 requirements. The proof being that it IS now running Windows 11. However, it is NOT the Pro Edition it has installed the Home Edition. I have tried different approaches, all resulting in Windows 11 Home. I even tried a clean install but this stated that my PC did not meet the requirements for Windows 11 ... some sort of joke? since it obviously IS. When i simply went the 'Upgrade by entering a Product Key' route, i received the message that my Key had not worked. I have contacted Scan with all the details of this but they seem unwilling? reluctant? unable? to do anything about it. Working key but not the best support assistance
25 March 2023

If you are capable in applying WIN 11 keys unassisted there is not an issue. However due to the poor lack of onscreen support and annoying back-and-forth e-mail attempts it can be tricky to apply keys for WIN 11. Site states PayPal payment in several locations BUT owing to their poor site layout it had not been updated! Come payment time NO PayPal was available!!! Went to another key provider and their "professional" site actually supplied steps to applying WIN 11 key, could have assisted with more steps but I was able to get the key applied. Not bad for a business who supplies a key at less than HALF price and with better onscreen assistance supplied. Although their purchasing system was taxing I purchased another key through them!!
