I bought 2 of these batteries and one will not charge and does not work. I put it in the charger and it shows a green light but the indicator on the battery show one light which means it is dead. I have tried emailing this company a couple of times to get it replaced but they don't respond. it says it has a 10 year warranty but don't believe them because you won't get in touch with them to collect the warranty. Dont Buy from them!! you will be sorry

They are Milwaukee M18 5.0 batteries. Since they are the only one of their kind I guess they get 5 stars. More importantly the 5.0 is kinda the Goldilocks of the M18s for life to weight for most tools. So they are an excellent choice to have quite a few to keep the party going all day and night. The price, shipping and such were top notch and yes they were genuine OEM Milwaukee batteries in their factory packaging.

Its exactly as pictured. Everything was brand new and in perfect working condition. Had the batteries charged and put to use the day I received them. The shipment box almost didn't make it but lasted long enough to get it safely to me if a little torn and beaten up from shipment.

So far so good! I will change this review if need be. Great deal, speedy shipping and the batteries are working great so far. I did get a battery fail once while charging but I think it was a fluke. Battery seems fine. We shall see. I have to say these batteries seem to be built much better and last longer than the after market batteries I returned because they didn't last a month before taking the plunge into the depths of battery hell.
Because, well, you bought knockoffs. You werent going to get caviar at salsa prices. These things work aight. Milwaukee batteries they are not. Theyre about on par with my several year old 5ah Milwaukee batteries despite being 6ah. I only got them because I have an acre+ to weed whack and saw no reason to drop $100 to get an extra half hour of run time.
Not bad, for the price. They tend to be hit or miss at times, heavy and 1 didn't fit my Milwaukee M18 Saw, but did fit my drill. I know what you're thinking - "They're the same!" But yeah, I can't explain it either haha. Anyway for the value and knowing that I can let my guys use them on site and not have to worry about them losing or taking a battery because the price of the actual brand is very very expensive! Basically what I'm saying is these batteries work and with these batteries, I can afford to take a loss if needed. It does happen from time to time. I'll definitely take advantage of Black Friday or any kind of holiday sales coming up for the Milwaukee batteries. You can never have too many!
Saw some reviews that complained that these batteries were not the same as this factory ones, but great price made we try it out. Instructions said to fully charge battery before use, but charger would not charge. Seems battery was sent with full charge. Does not fit well in factory charger, must adjust a little bit to get contacts to engage. After fully discharged the battery in use, tried again in charger. Conflicting lights at first, but finally started to charge and all five led lights came on indicating a full charge. Now charges but seems to have less power than factory ones. As a backup battery not bad if it lasts.
I have some genuine 5AH batterys and thought these if nothing else would last almost as long as those even given their stated 8AH. A fully charged 5AH will last me about 1 hour of cutting time with my circular saw (not continuous use) I got through two of these in half an hour, doing exactly the same job. better off spending another 10 per battery and buying genuine 5AH batterys. You get what to pay for.
Using battery with Milwaukee 2903 for ice auger. At 25F auger was good for two or three 6 inch holes in just 8" of ice. Seems that cold temperatures severely affect battery output even though the SOC lights indicated full charge.....the drill just stops working al together. Keeping battery inside my coat helped, but that's no real solution (they are very big and bulky). Standard Milwaukee 6AH batteries are good for 30 or more holes in 12-24 inches of ice. Avoid these if you plan on using them in the winter. BTW, I bought three of these and had the same issue with all three.....it was not a bad battery, it is a bad design.
UPDATE: One battery went bad after about 2 months and will not longer take a charge. I have tried reaching out to the company every way I can think of and have gotten no response whatsoever. If I have to buy these every few months then Ill just spend the big money on the genuine M18 batteries. I have probably 12-14 M18 Tools and only 2 batteries. It was starting to drive me f***ing crazy swapping batteries every 30 seconds and charging nonstop. I figured Id give these a shot instead of paying $150 a battery. Definitely happy with the end result, only minor complaint is the release mechanism is a little bit sticky but if it really bothers me I can hit it with a tiny bit of WD-40 or take it apart and lightly hit it with some scotchbrite.
