Minimalist Squalane 100 (Plant Derived) Super Lightweight Face Oil Improves Skin Hydration, Provides Light Moisturization and Reduces Fine Lines 30

Texture is light and easy to spread. It’s great in moisturising skin, especially if you’re spending a whole day outside. You don’t have to worry about skin drying out. Also the best part is that, after application, your skin will glow and give a healthy radiance. So far I haven’t see any effect on reducing fine lines yet. This is after almost a week of application.

A good squalene

This one does its job well.I use it as part of night time routine, either mixed with my moisturizer (Minimalist one) or as the last step on its own and I don't need more than 2-3 drops.During winter, I also used it as a highlighter sometimes and it gave a nice dewy glow. You will need the tiniest amount for that.The only issue is that it's slightly heavier than the squalenes I used from other brands but this is almost half the price so I am not complaining.

Amazed!

Frankly speaking, I had never ever expected an 'oil' to perform this well! Bought with a lot of scepticism, I really thank my stars for coming across this gem of a daytime/nighttime moisturiser after such a long time. No breakouts, no itchiness and rare instances of sweat..that too coming from someone whk never used daytime moisturiser for fear of feeling greasy throughout.

Good lightweight oil

I really like this product. I love squalane. I think its one of the very few oils that is suitable for any skin type including sensitive and acne prone skin. I personally have really dry and acne prone skin which is a wierd combination to handle. I usually need heavy duty moisturiser to tackle my dry skin but I find I can go for a slightly light weight mosituriser if I pair it with squalane. And it doesn't make me break out at all.However, what I love about the minimalist oil is how lightweight it is. Its almost watery. On applying it you feel you are moisturised but you dont feel greasy or it is something sitting on you. I definitely recommend this product to everyone for any skin type. Its also affordable and it will last for a long time.

I am in love with this.

Absolutely awestruck at how it worked for my skin. I have PCOD and cystic hormonal acne and at one point I could count like 40 active acne on my face. I used the weekend peel twice a week and straight after squalene to moisturise. Other days, Salicylic Acid, then alpha arbutin + HA and then Niacinamide 10% and my acne you ask, I look like a model who just never had acne! Gosh I can’t stop staring in the mirror!Thank you Minimalist. Rest everything apart, this has been a boon for my skin. Thank you for getting these actives in this form to India at such prices.

Just perfect

I really love this product though it’s not a overnight miracle oil but yes for some extends you do start seeing changes quite soon than waiting for a month or so. I had really dull looking skin and thankfully I picked up this product & it has worked wonders. If you have ultra dry skin and look dull and lifeless in ur daily face look then try this product- massage it quite well after cleaning, toning and hydrating it and voila see the glow each day. After using this oil - it’s necessary to use a nice sunscreen. Depending on your skin type - take that many drops and massage it quite well till absorbed by the skin.

Just wow for oily acne prone skin

I normally do not write reviews but this product made me to. I had severe barrier repair after using a lot of exfoliation and cleansers. My face was breaking out like rashes everywhere and whole face was red and burning to the touch.. nothing worked on my face.. so i had to go for a soothing healing product..thats when i bought this squalane oil and to my surprise it did calm all of the rashes in 3 days and redness is still slightly present which im sure will be ok with consistent usage. Trust me and get this. I have an oily acne prone skin and this works like magic.

Replaced my moiturizer

I'm so so so happy I decided to get this product. For so long I've been on a hunt for the perfect moiturizer for my skin, and I've never really found one in the Indian market. Most of the moiturizers have fragrance in it which are unnecessary components in skincare and if not even worse for the skin health. This Squalane oil, just 2 drops and would hydrate and nourish my entire face without a greasy feeling. Apply it and 2 mins later it's hydrated glowing skin. I use it after the Minimalist Niacinamide serum which controls my sebum in the t-zone area and then apply this to keep my treatment locked in. The best hydrating oil

I took a leap and tried squalane as my first facial oil, and fortunately i didn't regret it at all! I was pretty skeptical of trying this because squalane oil is 2/5 on comedogenic oil scale, and not the best option for combination/acne prone skin(which is my skin type), but i took my chance since not every skin type may react the same and its derived from complete natural sources. This squalane oil locks my moisture completely through the night to morning until i cleanse it off my face. I haven't used it long enough to comment on its claim to reduce fine lines, but i hope it excels there too! Thank you minimalist, for bringing clean, transparent skincare to us.

clean skincare is key for acne prone skin

I have been suffering from hormonal acne for quite a while now but in the last 6-8 my skin has improved dramatically using niacinamide and salicylic acid along with squalane. These products along with a clean diet have transformed my skin.
