So, I wasn’t going to write a review, I wasn’t in the mood to deal with this site any more, but I get so many emails asking for one that I think I should.So, the good things first: my new iPhone case and CineClear Snap-On filter looks amazing, MagSafe works fenomenal (animation and everything), the anamorphic lens looks nice… this company has so much potential.Now, the bitter and disappointing part. Now, I get it, there were delays on the case and CCSO filter, totally understandable, but there was a looong time the company was radio silence about informing me about anything, but their promotional emails keep coming, so I had to write and ask about it. The site would crash every time I wanted to check my order status, on different days, and customer support wasn’t that helpful. I even had to add an adapter for my anamorphic lens and when they finally ship something, they seem to use the cheapest courier service: slow and no padding in the bag. The CCSO filter was back on stock on a Thursday, I keep waiting for some news until Monday when I had to write and say I saw it before they actually did anything…So, I guess you have really good technicians and expert photographers, designers, and engineers, but with a service like that, I don’t want to deal with any of it.

When I bought the 1.33 gold anamorphic lens, phone case, & lens adapter plate (mid Oct.), the lens was on back order with a projected ship date of Oct. 30. I did receive the case and adaptor plate within 2 wks. But by mid Nov. I hadn’t received the lens, nor any communication from Moment about delays. I web searched to find a customer service phone #. Didn’t find a phone #, but did find an explanation that they don’t have enough staff to take phone calls. So, no lens & nobody to talk to. So I replied to the order confirmation email and asked if they would issue me a refund for all 3 items (I would send the case and adaptor back) because I didn’t want to do business with a company that can’t deliver, isn’t proactive enough to communicate, and won’t take calls. I didn’t want to waste the $, so I continued to wait. Fast forward to Dec. 16 and I finally received the lens - a full 2 months after ordering. I do like the lens. However, wish I would have skipped Moment and bought the competitor’s lens. I dread the idea of buying another lens from moment. There’s a couple companies that make good cell phone lenses. Consider the company that backs the lenses before you buy. I recommend not buying moment. Only 1 star due to the experience.

Bought 3 lenses, they all came dirty and I could visibly see finger prints on the lenses and crumbs, dust and such. Also they do not come with a protection for the back of the lenses which I would think would be included for such an expensive product. Also got a lens brush and the bristles immediately started falling off the brush. Products are way too expensive for the quality. I did buy some pre owned items but am still paying a big price for the products and they didn’t even come cleaned and didn’t seem checked well. Will not go through this company again.
