Have been 2 days trying to set this up for my son. Multiple software issues with the app mean I still cannot active the sim. Very poor customer service. Terrible setup.

Very clunky app. Need to close and reopen often. Tracking hit and miss. Battery will not last a day. Poor syncing from watch to phone. Not recommended. Get a cheap mobile instead.

So happy to say we have been enjoying our new experience with our Moochies so far. App is easy to use and we managed to connect right away to the network and binding the watch took seconds. Good price for what it is too!!!

Our youngest has been screaming for one of these for god knows how long. We've had this watch for a couple of days now and safe to say its working swell. Will update the review if needed. Jo
I bought this a month ago but I wish I didn't. I'm still liaising with the Moochies Help Team to troubleshoot how to get it working. My daughter has given up waiting!
I second one of the reviews here that batt life should be better and last much longer than it currently does. Hopefully this can be done with a future update or something??? Wish we could actually call the support team too rather than email them, but overall we still love the watch as does everything we need
The watch looks great and our son can message or call us with it but it hasn’t been keeping the correct time which is pretty odd even though we have tried resetting the time many times. It also constantly fails to start properly when it turns on and has to be restarted very often. Overall it gives us a little more confidence sending him on playdates but as a watch - not that successful..
It looks nice and arrived quickly. My son loves having the independence of being able to call me when he likes. I like the fact that I will be able to track him if I ever need to.
I love the GPS tracking for grade 2 who will start riding the 500m to school every day in a couple of weeks. Battery life could be longer, but based on the feedback from the family, my daughter has been peppering them with video calls and picture messages since Christmas Day, so it might be heavy use!
This watch does absolutely nothing it is meant too. My daughter can't even call my most of the time then sometimes it let's her. I have her family members in the phone book on the app but she can't call them. The watch doesn't even connect to my phone properly so then it does nothing for my daughter. It was a Christmas gift and hasn't worked since she got it. Off for a refund tomorrow.
