After researching all phones, watching YouTube etc, I decided on this phone as I needed a good front camera for video for my You Tube Channel. It hasn't disappointed at all. I'm really happy with the clarity for both front and back facing photos too. There is a lot of options for enhancing photos also,if you want. Love the long battery life and fast charging also. Only negative is that, if you charge at night with the phone turned off, it turns on once charged. So now I charge during the day.

I had my previous phone for five years. It was a Nokia 6.1. While I was generally pleased with the Nokia the battery life started to wane and 32GB of memory was not proving enough. even with extra storage. As I always try a different brand of Android phone. So far I have had Samsung Galaxy S3, HTC One, LG G4, and Nokia 6.1. This time I thought I would try the Motarola egde 20 fusion 5G(2021). The price was right for me and the specification was what I was looking for. I have not been dissapointed. Battery life is excellent, phone is quick. My benchmark app is the COVID tracer app. The Nokia would leave me standing waiting for the app to open or the QR code to scan. Easy peasy with the Edge 20. After using it for three weeks I can say the camera is good. Battery life ... MoreI had my previous phone for five years. It was a Nokia 6.1. Constant battle of comprising

Have used this phone for 6 months now ; and I cannot put it in words how frustrating is to keep fighting with this phone.Turn on Bluetooth, your download speed drops to 20MB/s on wifi and 5G.Take photo with even zoom 2x and you will get nothing, boxes instead of birds.Low quality audio on Bluetooth.Extremely difficult, nightmare to use two Sim cards. You have to switch Sim cards in settings to make phone call with different Sim cards. It does not even have galley view app. It's launcher is annoying, of course we can buy good a launcher app for 15 dollars, but the phone should not come with such a broken launcher.Yes, its battery life is good, but not because it has an efficient processor or display. Its good battery life is because of its super aggressive killing app behaviour. You would not get all notifications because this phone keeps killing background apps and does not allow you to exclude all apps from being killed in background, and even if you do, it still kills apps you have not opened for couple of times every week. The screen colour are eye soaring. The display doesn't even get bright enough to make it easy to see outside. Not all apps works on this phone.Photos with no zoom, are at the best mediocre.

Good phone with a major flaw
28 January 2023

I've had the Motorola Edge for a year now and with-in that time the charger port has become loose twice. The port is the now standard USB-C.It only took a few months for the problem to occur and while it was still under warranty, the fact it keeps happening is disheartening. As a phone it is speedy and has a great battery life. However it isn't programmed with a proper photo viewer/editor and relies on Google Photos or other third parties to do so, which is odd considering the camera app partially has these features. When I got, the phone I was happy with it but now I have buyers remorse.Would recommend the Samsung A23 instead. Similar phone but with harder charge port.

Massive WiFi Issues
14 March 2022

Phone was so frustrating I ended up selling within a few months. Do not buy this phone, the WiFi will consistently drop out and there is no fix.Drop down does not allow drop-down quick bluetooth connect - this might seem small but I disconnect and connect to multiple BT devices daily and it's really annoyingBluetooth audio does not start automatically when jumping in the car, despite this option being enabled on the phone. The camera is very bad. It's rare the phone takes a decent photo and generally it has to be very bright lighting and landscape.JB weren't interested in a refund for this phone - do not buy.

Unbeatable Value
6 July 2022

When the price on this phone dropped, I bought one to replace my Samsung, which has a cracked back and a fingerprint sensor that has never ever worked. This is a large phone but not too large for me to easily handle. Included in the box is a slip on case, charger, USB C lead and wired headphones. Full marks to Lenovo for not skimping. As with all Android phones there is a lot of Google's bloatware, but after disabling and uninstalling all that I could, the phone has good speed. I have never found it to be slow or laggy. The screen is not AMOLED, but it is OK. In sunlight you'll need to crank up the brightness. The fingerprint sensor works first time every time; take note Samsung.Call quality is loud and clear. NFC works just fine with Google Pay. Value for money
23 August 2022

I purchased this phone on a half price special. The best electronics deal I have seen for a long time! The phone is great to use, fast, responsive, no bloatware. The camera is fine, but video recording is disappointing. Having the finger print scanner on the lock button is dumb. Making phone calls can be frustrating as you often mute yourself accidentally. However, for the price you wont find better!
