Planted 5 beans last Spring. 4 came out and produced about 10kg over Summer and well into Autumn. Excellent flavour. Hardy plant. The perfect bean for me. Need to give them a big trellis as they took up about 6m2 (3m wide x 2m tall).

It took a short time to arrive , not too expensive , the beans look fresh in the packet , no bad marks on the beans , I think they should prove to be an excellent crop of beans , well see .

A white seeded variety justly popular for the flavour of its heavy crops of round stringless pods. Dried beans can be used as haricots.A Best Buy variety as recommended by the Gardening Press and Consumer Groups.Sow indoors for surest results April-May, 2.5cm (1") deep into individual pots of compost.
