I often have bad migraines and had heard that CoQ 10 could help. I got this as it was the best value at the time, and much more affordable then going to a pharmacy. I take every day and i felt like my migraines were less severe. Any improvement to them at all is a benefit to me. I felt this was effective so I've already ordered a bigger bottle. easy to swallow, regular size softgel, no weird taste. Recommended to family.

They observe that CoQ10 has lowered brain oxidative stress and amyloid plaque in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease, and that rats with damaged areas of the brain experienced a reversal of markers of oxidative damage with CoQ10 supplementation<------so, if you're over 40 you need to start on this now! One per day is a good maintenance dose, while those with active heart disease will want to take 2 or 3. Take with meals for best absorption (I facilitate absorption by swallowing a coconut oil capsule at the same time). Combine with a quality fish oil for great health

I've been taking this supplement for a few years. I was told that it is good to take CoQ-10 if you are on a statin medication. I can't say that the difference is noticeable; though I've had no adverse events or side effects. However, compared to other CoQ-10 supplements I do like this formulation and the capsules are very easy to swallow. The quality of the product has been consistent. I recommend this if you are looking for a quality CoQ-10 supplement.
I went to the MRM website and researched the company because I had not purchased their products previously. They are a U.S. company which is important to me because I do not ingest anything that comes from polluted countries (i.e. China) because their products are much more likely to be contaminated with heavy metals and pesticides. This company does independent lab testing which is something that I always check for with vitamins, and it was a good price for the dosage and amount. They are easy to swallow too. So everything is good!!
Hello, out of 6 cans, three is not printed on the expiration date on the package, but printed on the bottom of the can. Capsules with a shelf life at the bottom of the jar have a different taste and dissolution rate. The capsule from the can with the expiration date printed on the label, the taste is normal. The child feels the difference. We are concerned about the safety of the product for health.
