Solgar - Megasorb CoQ-10 100 mg 30 Softgels

I like that Solgar offers a lower dose of the CoQ10. I take one every day, sometimes two. I like to start with a small dose to see how I tolerate it. I definitely feel it gives me more energy. I am a brand buyer, and have used Solgar vitamins for a very long time. I take this for overall well-being and to help lower blood pressure, together with other remedies I am doing ok. The good thing about the lower dose is the price, some CoQ10 supplements can get very expensive. I take this in the morning after breakfast.

A Good Supplement for Me

I find this supplement to be a good one for me. I am taking a statin that makes my legs ache sometimes so I am taking CoQ-10 to help alleve that side effect. I think that the CoQ-10 helps this alleviate the achiness and I love that it is plant-based which I need due to my many allergies including one for animal-based medications. I will continue to use this supplement as long as I see the good it does!

To replenish declining CoQ-10 levels with age, it is important to supplement from outside. I can't comment on its health benefits as it requires long term use. However, Solgar supplements deliver. The bottle is big much like all Solgar products. Affordable price for two months' supply.
