Once I realized it has caffeine in it I stopped taking it except as a Pre-Workout. Now it lasts longer which is great. I use the regular Carnivor and real food for other meals.
This product not only work, it gives you that boost of energy I can't even describe. I lost 10 lbs, and went from 1XL to L in as little as 2+ months. I was skeptical because I felt it would just work on guys. But it started working instantly. How I know, I have tried dieting and detox but never seen such fast results. I think it is the best protein mix to use if you need to not only lose fat but also gain some muscles. I love it. The taste is not overbearing, it mixes well with water and almold milk. Would highly recommend it.

We have been buying protein shakes for years. We have tried MANY products. Some from the grocery store, some from Nutrition stores, and now this online purchase. The biggest complaint is that the powder stays in small clumps. We have the big shaker mixers, the balls that bounce around inside as you shake it....none of that worked. It's like you are eating your shake. We are ready to be done with this so we can use another product and not feel like we wasted our money.

Amazing and truly cleansing haha, if you know what I mean.I love Carnivore and this is amazing.Taste wise I prefer the regular carnivore as it is like a chocolate shake taste. This one has got a bitter end and most likely due to its ingredients being strong, but after a while you get used to it and it is just perfect!
I have been a customer for a very long time, as I am allergic to almost all other protein powders but yours.I’m in Canada and your product is unavailable everywhere here, so I had to order it to a USA address that I have.After making the round trip to get this (almost 4 hours) I opened the box to discover its seal was broken, and powder was all over the bottle. Furthermore the inside was extremely chunky, and looked like it has been wet. I LOVE SHRED!!! My husband and I both use it and it had helped us both loose soo much weight!!! The before and after are wild! But we also go to the gym as well but def believe shred gave us that little extra push I notice a difference when I run out!!!
