NARS Powermatte Don't Stop Lip Pigment 5.5ml

I received this travel sized Powermatte Lip Pigment from NARS for free in exchange for an honest review. I tested the shade American Woman which is a beautiful dusty rose pink tone. I really like the colour because it’s versatile enough to be worn for daytime, work or evening. It’s also an inclusive shade that flatters a range of different complexions. I particularly liked the thin texture of this formula because it has rich, buildable pigment which feels lightweight and comfortable on the lips. It has a matte finish, is long wearing and doesn’t smudge once it dries down. The only con about this product was the doe foot applicator, which although tapered to help precision application, it’s a bit too rigid. The lipstick case is made of matte plastic. I received this product from Nars as a member of the Community and I love it!The liquid lipstick applies effortlessly with a light silky feel and I love that it's super highly pigmented so you don't need to apply loads to get the desired colour - one coat is enough I am shook! Within a few seconds the lipstick starts drying down into the most gorgeous matte finish and what I really love is that it feels so weightless, there's no dry sticky feeling when you rub your lips together. As a member of the Nars community I received this mini Nars Powermatte lip pigment in the shade American woman, which is a lovely chestnut rose colour, to test and review. The packaging is lovely in its black and white form with the lip pigment housed inside the box. The lip pigment has a great applicator which is designed perfectly so you can easily line your lips with the tip and then just glide the colour onto the lips. It stays on for a really long time and feels comfortable on the lips. It also has a lovely sweet scent which isn’t too strong. I love how light it feels on the lips and glides on so effortlessly. It’s a great transfer proof formula so it didn’t transfer. It is very pigmented and has great colour payoff in just one swipe and gives full coverage. It is however advised to shake the product before use. It’s a lovely long wearing lip product which I will also purchase in more colours and would also recommend to others.

The packaging is the gorgeous typical matte black nars box which if fully recylable. The lipstick itself is housed in a gorgeous sleek and unique designed lipstick container which has windows which is a true representation of the colour.I found the applicator soft and accurate so it was easy to apply the perfectly and create a defined shape.It has a matte formula which is incredibly pigmented so only one coat is needed which means it will last a long time! It is transfer proof.I love its gorgeous brown nude pink shade which looks stunning alone but paired with a brown liner looks even more incredible. I was so Lucky to be chosen to try & review a sample of NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment shade; American Woman from the NARS community in exchange for my honest review.This range has a colour to suit all from more natural tones to bold & vibrant tone. I accidentally touched my lips with my hand & ended up with it all over my hand then somehow back in my face. Oblong with other daily activity's like drinking eating etc. I did find it transferred but not enough to loose the colour.Longevity it lasts for hours & hours without needing to retouch!(Only needed to retouch as I had been drinking and some of it transferred etc.) others than that I found it lasted for as long as I needed it to.I will be purchasing a full size & not just in this shade!I have given it a 4 star because it transfers

I received a sample of the Powermatte Lip Pigment in the shade American Woman from Nars community in exchange for my honest review.The lipstick comes is a slick tube, offering great comfort while holding, featuring the Nars inscription on it, like all Nars cosmetics.With a very intense and pigmented colour, that I personally love , allows one stoke application. I tend to say that this lipstick is a deep matte one, but a gloss can be applied on to for more plumped look.The consistency of the actual lipstick is very liquid, so I will take caution while holding the tube during application, as from my personal experience, if you turn the tube , the liquid will easily come out. I've received a mini size of Powermatte Lip Pigment in shade "American Woman" as a member of the Nars Community. It's a chestnut rose shade with warm undertones and a matte finish. I think this shade is quite universal and will suit many women with different skin tones and hair colours.This lip product had a fluid consistency that allows the colour to glide on smoothly. The formula also takes a few seconds to dry down and set in place. One coat is enough to completely cover your lips.This product stayed put for about five hours, without flaking. The formula is non-transferrable. i received a mini size Nars Powermatte Lip Pigment to test and review as a member of the Nars Community. The shade i received is American Woman and it is such a lovely shade. It is a stunning Chestnut Rose colour that is so complimentary and suits my fair skin perfectly. This lip pigment has the perfect glide, and the most loveliest of finishes without drying the lips out. It sweeps on effortlessly and goes on shiny, and then dries to a stunning matte finish thanks to it's Fluid Pigment Complex. Although the colour stays put for hours I have noticed that it is smudge proof but not transfer proof, but this is a lot less than traditional lipstick products. Before use it is best to give the product a shake to make sure all the pigment ingredients are combined. For best results always apply to clean bare lips to avoid product build up on the lips. As the lip pigment is so long lasting it is best removed with Gentle Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover to thoroughly cleanse and remove all the product from your lips. I would absolutely recommend this lovely product. It is such good quality and you can wear it with confidence for a care free feel that your lip colour will remain in place, looking fresh and remaining smudge free. I definitely will be looking at purchasing some other shades in the Powermatte Lip Pigment range.
