It works ok, but no manual, the online info is all over the place, keeps referring to yet another page. I just wanted a simple interface for guitar and voice, but it seems geared up for midi keyboard players, tells me to download a lot of irrelevant software, and a lot of the stuff it advises I need it then says it can't download (like Maschine). The Ablton software is popular, I know, but needs a lot of learning just to do simple things. I hate Garage Band, but found it much easier to use .

The interface is ok for recording software, however it didn't workout for me as there is no option to set the input as 1 channel audio on Windows.Softwares without control over stereo/mono input override ended up only recording left channel.Had to swap mine out with a focusrite solo.

Well as it is the first audio interface i bought, i am extremly satified. Connected and recognized directly without any issues.Easy to use and funny audio level lights but this gives you the right amount of audio incoming.Great for my use (gaming & streaming)Only feels a bit to plastic but hey normal for the price!

Great plug-and-play interface, and has improved my audio quality a lot. The meters are also super helpful for when you might be plugging in instruments.
A great tool for any beginner in music recording.Great sound, easy to use, the led indicator for input gain is really useful.The sound is clear and great. Among all the same kind of interface for this price, I would do this choice twice!
On paper this should have been perfect for me, as I'm starting out back into production. The unit I have seems to have an internal issue as there is lots of feedback. I have tried shielded RCA leads and different USB type A to B, even one from Digital Village, but still the interference still persists. I know it's not my KRK's as they have been checked. If working well it would have suited my needs, sort of. A very basic interface with the ability to only have one instrument or microphone at a time. It does have phantom power for mics and the inputs are all at the front, but there are only RCA outs which, even at this price range, is limiting. The build is fully plastic, but is still a solid feeling unit, but the Focusrite Scarlette Solo has a more rugged feel due ... It also means that you don't have to worry if you're carrying it about. It's a good start for home use and the button and dial layout is perfect. The addition of LED channel monitors is a big plus.
Purchased on the strength of the youtube review by Julian Krause who measured the headphone output being better than the Focusrite equivalent, but for less cash in the UK. It sits under my desk so I don't mind the controls on top. ASIO's a bit fiddly for windows but think this is a general gripe rather than a particular issue for this, my first interface. I use it for guitar and it works well with the bundled Guitar Rig 6 LE (an offer at the time of purchase) and powers my SHP9500 headphones easily.
Handy little two-channel USB interface. Works perfectly with my Windows PC, my Mac and my iPad (the latter via the official Apple Lightning-USB adapter, not supplied). Can record separately on both the mic channel and the guitar channel simultaneously, which is perfect for a solo singer with an electro-acoustic guitar. No complaints about sound or ease of use, and the device itself is heavy, shiny and feels well built.
I have had this less than a year. It worked great. However, they stopped support of the product and it does not work with MAC OS Catalina. Now I have a product I can't use. I contact support and they said just don't use Catalina or get something else. Wonderful.
The product does work on Catalina despite what the other reviewer says (or Native Instruments updated support since that review three months ago). Just follow the instructions online for a straightforward setup. A great and affordable starter audio interface. Small, and not as plasticky as others may suggest (only when you put it next to the steel Focusrite would it seem that way). Start here, upgrade as needed.
