I buy this Natural Factors K2 mk7 as it says its natural sourced from natto bean, so is in the best quality format of ingredient for optimum benefits. small size capsule easy to swallow, no taste. I take this K2 alongside my D3 supplement as K2 facilitates the D3 transporting calcium to the bones, amongst other things. without K2 the dietary calcium may end up in soft tissues or attach to walls of arteries. I am genetically predisposed to D3 metabolism issues and osteoporosis, so this is part of my health maintenance routine as I age. Value for money. Satisfied with the ingredients as it has no bad fillers like maltodextrin. I think it is good quality and I do see a significant reduction in teeth tartar formation probably because Vit K2 helps with avoiding calcium build up in wrong places. Small size capsules. No after taste.
I have gone through numerous bottles of this K2 and you won’t find a better value anywhere than iherb. This is the MK-7 form of K2 which is the most bioavailable form and always costs more than the other forms. It is the best for bone health which is why I’m using it. The tablets are easy to swallow and come packaged very nicely. I’m always amazed how quickly iherb gets its products to me. Great customer service.

Been taking this after reading and watch videos of vitamin k2’s benefits on our blood health. Will be continuing taking this long term and monitor the test results annually. Quality is great comparing with other more expensive brands. Dosage is more than sufficient and taste is ok. Size would be standard capsule size you wouldn’t have any problem with it.
It's high quality vitamin K2 MK7 from well respected Canadian brand. It has better bio availability than other forms of K2 like MK4 etc. Main benefit of vitamin K2 is to make sure calcium goes to where it belongs (teeth, bones) and not our arteries. Many people take only Vit. D and Calcium and absolutely forget about importance of this vitamin. It's made from Natto bean. Other ingredients are - Vegetarian capsule microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica. The dosage is perfect for daily consuming, previously it was 100mcg, now it's 120mcg which is of course a bonus:) The size of the capsules is quite small and easy to swallow. it gives a good dosage of K2 120mcg, which I chose as I see evident K2 deficiency symptoms like calcification (tartar) in teeth. it is beneficial to take K2 along with D3, as D3 improves calcium absorption and K2 keeps calcium away from where it should not be. the size is swallowable. quality seems good. I have been taking it for a week. will buy again.
